Everyone that works there is rude.  RUDE.  Every time that I have gone in, they just talk on the telephone behind the counter and ignore me.  The one time I did ask for help, the girl obviously had no idea about beauty products.  I later had a gift certificate through them and they wouldn't honor it because they said their hair stylist wasn't working there anymore.  Better Business Bureau anyone?

dont ever cut your hair at this place. I stopped by to get a trim and i had told the lady i only wanted to trim half an inch off of my hair. She kept telling me to trust her. By the time she was finished..half of my hair was gone! oh and on top of that...when i first came in i asked the front desk how much a haircut would be. She said $35 which includes shampoo and style. When i paid at the end, the lady charged me $40..her excuse was that i had long hair! and she never shampooed or styled my hair...she just blowdryed it because she had sprayed water on it. worst experience.
