The service department is a 10! Every time we have a service light on or something isn't right with one of our BMW'S we call and they ALWAYS get us right in and communicate VERY well! It is a pleasure to do business with them!
I was impressed with KUNI's professional approach to selling me a preowned car. Unlike any other car lot I have been to KUNI was never pushy, sneaky or rude. Doug helped us for 2 months waiting until the proper deal was available.
The only reason I have not rated KUNI a 5 star is my car is not equipment with some "module" to make the keyless entry system complete and when the car was brought in for some promised body work touch up, as promised, the job was finished only 95%.
Take a look at the service area and around the entire facility, professionalism at its BEST!! The service department and the loaner car department is great and efficient.
This review is for Kuni's service department. Took the X5 in to repair the adaptive headlights and power folding mirrors (post-warranty). Came back later that day to expect a big bill. Imagine my surprise when they said, "We're fixing these free of charge as a courtesy." Wtf?! Are you serious?! Needless to say, I was very pleased and will continue going back to Kuni.
Just wanted to say I had a great experience while looking for a used 2008 BMW. Adam Murray in particular was fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

History
Established in 1970
Wayne Kuni opened Kuni BMW in 1970 . At that time all BMW really had was the 2002 - It apparently was perceived as a pretty crappy little car but it got them through the gas shortage - and the GM strike. Since then BMW has become the premier car company and has rich history in auto racing, with one of the most impressive resale values in the industry.
Wayne retired from running the dealership many years ago and passed the torch to the current President and General Manager Shanon Mornhinweg who spearheaded the opening of the new state of the art facility on Canyon road in 2005.
