Hooray for more great BBQ!
I really like this place - it's close to my work, it's SUPER fast, and the food is delicious.  I may be having a not-so-secret love affair with their mini key lime pies.  I get the basket, with either the pork or chicken, and cover it in even more delicious sauce as soon as I get it to my table.  The inside is charming, and the patio usually has seating available.  Just writing this review is tempting me to head down the road and order some heaven in a cup.

I love KTs!!!

Their menu is simple and they don't have an immense array of side dishes like many BBQ restaurants in the Denver/Boulder area, but what they do serve is mighty good.  They were my caterer of choice for a grad party in the family a few years back...and what a good choice!  Not a crumb was left when the feeding frenzy was over.

They have all the standard BBQd meats, and side dishes such as homemade cole slaw, tasty beans, mashed red potatoes, key lime pie in a custard cup, and others I must probably be forgetting.   You can check their website for the full menu.  The original KTs is the one on E. Arapahoe in Boulder.  I think this was the 2nd location.  I know there are others, but we've only been to this one.

They use disposable plates & cups & plasticware.  Only the red plastic serving baskets are reusable.  

They always manage to hire friendly and efficient workers.  They offer counter service only, and have a nice little outdoor eating area by the entrance.

Best BBQ in Boulder, hands-down!  Wait until Wednesday to go and try out their black-bean chili that they only have once a week.  My favorite meal is just a cup-o-pork with 'hotlinks' and the sweet sauce.
