Stopped in and it was fast service excellent breakfast. I stopped in by drive thru and I'm happy I did. Got bacon eggs grits and toast. Took them maybe ten minutes and everything was perfect. The employees are kind but you can tell they tired. My friends even loved the service and food. It was four if us total.

No, if I could give zero stars, I would definitely give zero stars, but it looks like you have to give one star I would not recommend to use this place I have been there several nights this week. I was told we are closed opened only for DoorDashI asked I thought you were open all . Was toldonly fries or wing's really. Well those chicken wings have been there all day Some people go to work at 4 o'clock in the morning and You don't want to or can't do Dash . It's-false advertisement that they are open 24 seven because they're not . They should just close every night . I work in Arkansas so I would like Hot Food oh well. They don't need money I guess. They need all new management

This location is located on Union and the traffic especially during lunch time is always crazy. I went and the wait time was super long (I must really wanted those Krystal's to actually stay in line, lol). But I must say it was worth the wait. They were very good. I also appreciated that the staff was friendly and kind. It's not always that way.

I will add that I have been going to this location for years and I have always enjoyed the food here.

I LOVE Krystal but why oh why is this location's dining room still not open? I refuse to patronize any place that only has drive-thru open. Get it together and open the freaking dining room!

Absolute trash! I went there last Sunday for two chicken biscuits and they said they didn't have any biscuits. The next Saturday I go back and I'm in the drive through for maybe 10 minutes at the intercom and the woman says she's only taking orders inside but she took the order in front of me and after me. The place is just trash and people wonder why chic-fil-a gets positive reviews.

I'm A Former Employe with the krystals off Union, They Are Very Unsanitary, Unorganized, they steal, and do illegal things they also still serve people contaminated food, My first day was my last I worked 12 hrs and the Hiring manager only paid me for 5 I will never refer anyone to eat there nor work there this is recently if you do consider still going to eat there make sure you ask for fresh food don't pay with card and make sure their not over charging because they will the manager knows all this she's the one allowing her employees to do these things that's not a good role model nor person for the job be mindful of sicknesses after eating their food. Miss Coralyn is the manager now and it's ridiculous how she has the restaurant they barely keep anything clean there they need to be shut down or hire better People‼‼

It's my go to place & they never disappoint! The breakfast and lunch is yummy!!! You get so much food for a very low price.

Well they are very slow on my lunch break and spent all of it waiting in the drive through line. From the time I arrived with three people in front of me to order till I got food was 39 minutes sure hope it's hot! Never again on lunch break!

walking to the door and the manager locked the door on us. Drive through was not customer friendly at all.
my food was nasty. fried shrimp were tough rubber and fries were soaked in grease.

I ordered from here through Uber Eats at 2:44 this morning. When it finally arrived at 5 am (a whole separate issue for which I will be demanding a refund) I discovered the following errors with my order:

1) The chili cheese pup I ordered as part of my Pick 5 was missing.
2) The 2 Nashville Hot Chiks I ordered as part of my Pick 5 were replaced with ordinary Krystal Chiks, with none of the condiments I requested.
3) The chili cheese tots I ordered were replaced with chili cheese fries.
And 4) The tots I ordered as part of my 3 Double Cheese Krystals combo were replaced with ordinary fries.

I'm not sure what the cook here was smoking this morning, but clearly he or she is bafflingly incompetent and desperately needs to be fired.
