My experience with Dr Krol was very unpleasant. When I asked her medical questions, she told me that she does not have time for stuff like that. She is rude and does not treat her patients well. She acts like she is doing you a huge favor when she sees you. Her staff is not informative and not friendly, they do not know anything about insurance and are not able to answer basic questions. If your appointment is at 12:00pm, you can be sure that you are going to see a doctor at 12:30pm or 12:45pm! I would not recommend Dr Krol to anyone.
Horrible! First off, everyone in the office speaks Polish, and I my self am not Polish, which made me somewhat uncomfortable. Second, I was recommended to Dr. Krol by my regular doctor to handle an ovarian cyst which I had. I had an ultrasound done at a local hospital and had her review it. She asked me where I got the ultrasound done, and I proceeded to tell her ENHS (the name of the hospital) near old orchard shopping mall. After telling her where it was done she said "well that doesn't help me was it Macy's in the mall or something," in a snappy tone. She also had told me that if I was not going to have her be my gynecologist she would not monitor my cyst or help me in any way, rejecting me as a patient. Then she proceeded to talk to me as if I knew nothing. She is a horrible doctor and a very unpleasant person. DO NOT GO TO HER!
