Wow, this place is a mess. Even navigating the parking lot is a huge pain.
I've never seen such disorganization in a grocery store. It looks like the stockers just threw boxes at the shelves. I only went here once, and only to buy laundry detergent, so I can't say much about the quality of the produce. But I would be worried...

Rotten produce, spoiled meat, yogurt past its expiration date (which I discovered AFTER I bought it and got home). Need I say more?
Go here for boxed or canned staples, nothing else.

In my house, we refer to this as the "Ghetto Kroger!" The only time I go in this Kroger is when I'm right in the middle of preparing a meal and I realise that I've forgotten some ingredient. There isn't a chance in hell that I'd ever buy any non-staple items in this place. I value my health too much to do that!
You can't find anything on the shelves because they're so disorganised. The only genuinely helpful person that I've ever found there was the manager (yeah, I saw his picture which is how I knew he was the manager) and I felt so bad for him because he got STUCK managing this store. I was really tempted to ask him if he got caught banging the regional manager's daughter/wife and that was why he ended up in Ghetto Kroger HELL!
If you insist on shopping at Kroger, drive the few extra miles and go to the one on S. Atlanta Road just inside 285. The prices at ALL Kroger stores don't compare to Publix and I cannot wait until the "urban" Publix opens in downtown Smyrna in Jonquil Village (www.jonquilvillage.com)! Hopefully with that opening it will put Ghetto Kroger on S. Cobb Drive out of business!

Large supermarket with a good size prepared foods and deli and bakery. Found tons of prepared foods to keep in my hotel room. Another sweet deal, they took my Safeway card, so more United points...yippee! Ample parking and friendly staff.
