Kris' readings are the most insightful and helpful one I ever had. She's got such a positive vibe and sense of humor that makes speaking to her a joy. And what I find most valuable is that I walk away with a new understanding of where I am in my own growth and ideas on how to use my own creativity to manifest changes in my inner and outer life. If I could give her six stars, I would!

Kris is the best! I had known about her for years from hearing that friends/ co-workers of mine had taken her classes and had readings. I finally made the attempt to meet and ask her about what she did. Upon meeting, I immediately know Kris is the real deal. She is able to see people in a way that allows her to communicate with who you really are. You know from the 1st moment that she is sincerely interested in you understanding and learning from your exchange. She has a Sunday Mediation group that meets over the phone, YES, over the phone every Sunday at 10:00 am. This weekly meeting ALONE has helped so much. This is one hour a week that I enjoy more than anything! She also teaches many classes. I took her Psychic Meditation class one and it was amazing! The best thing I got out of that class was that Kris shows you how to distinguish between YOUR ENERGY and someone else's. She teaches you so much more in the class BUT Learning how to relax and distinguish the two changed my life! I don't get caught up in near as much BS as I used to because of this.
I would recommend that you call her and have a reading! I know that after meeting her or spending 5 minutes on the phone you will get what I am saying in this review! To those of you looking for a sign in one of these reviews to see if you are meant to see Kris.... well... Here is your sign! I am a better person because of Kris Cahill. How many people do you know that you can say that about? -

I couldn't have been happier that I hired Kris Cahill to come and give readings at my friend's bachelorette party. Right from the first phone conversation she was very professional, kind and informative. She was accommodating on the scheduling of the event and she gave me a package deal in regards to price that we both felt comfortable with. All the woman at the party felt she was very intuitive and were happy with their readings. It created the perfect environment for my girlfriend's last hurrah as a single lady. I would highly recommend Kris Cahill for an event or a private reading!

After years of reading books, articles and seeking out meditation teachers, I finally found the meditation teacher for me...Kris Cahill! She has taught me tools to meditate in a way that makes complete sense. I've used the tools she's taught me nearly every day for the past 6 months and can honestly say they've improved my life greatly. It's also very clear that she "practices what she preaches." She is approachable and kind and handles the sometimes difficult concept of spirituality with a lot humor and NON-JUDGEMENT.
She teaches different types of meditation workshops and classes regularly and also does readings.
I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn to meditate, or for those who want to enhance their regular meditation practice. -

I met Kris about a year ago at an arts event. She engaged me when she took an interest in something personal I was going through and asked if I had tried meditation. Oddly enough, I had been thinking about using meditation as a tool in my life to accomplish a few different personal goals.
Since I met Kris I have taken two one-night workshops, and two extended workshops with her. She approaches the practice of meditation with a ton of amusement, which isn't to say she doesn't take it seriously. I've learned a lot from Kris that I have been able to apply to my life very practically.
I think Kris is very in touch with herself and people in general. She is very real. Her energy is spirited, enthusiastic, and sincere. If you've been thinking about taking a meditation course, or having a reading, you won't be disappointed! I also highly recommend gifting a reading to a friend for a birthday. Everyone I've sent to Kris has been thoroughly inspired! -

Kris Cahill is amazing and insightful! She is also funny and very down to earth. Her skills are beyond! Her classes are fun and very informative. She gives you tools to help you clear energy and also focus on the positive things you want in your life. I love her positive approach to making your life what you want it to be.
She has a beautiful energy and kindness that is so refreshing! She's easy to talk to and has a matter of fact way of cutting through the BS.

Kris Cahill is amazing! Kris is personable, kind, and very helpful without being overbearing. She has really nudged and guided me in many ways that were particularly life-changing.
Kris offers two psychic meditation classes with techniques that were initially foreign to me but which I have come to understand over time. Coming into her first class last September, I was hardly spiritual. In fact, my background was mostly scientific and logical in nature (I still read the occasional book on quantum mechanics or string theory). Taking her classes allowed me to better understand how energy works--and how the human consciousness is a very powerful force that could manifest some amazing things as long as one has a coherent framework (which Kris helps you with) and the faith in doing so! Her grounding techniques are essential in helping students in building a foundation to improve their intuitive abilities and bring a necessary routine to their lives. Since taking Kris' classes, my life has flowed much smoother, and I have been able to manifest abundance in both my career and relationships.
Her readings are also phenomenal. Kris has provided me insights into any blockages I have to becoming the fullest expression of myself. Granted, we're all growing spiritually all the time--Kris is even able to tell me the themes I am working on so I can be conscious about them! It's just like having a personal life advisor. I highly recommend Kris and her services. She is an absolute gem! -

Had a wonderful experience with Kris Cahill. When I called to make an appointment, she returned my call the same day and was very accommodating with my appointment request. When I arrived at her place a little late, instead of being annoyed, she welcomed me with a friendly smile. Before she started my reading, she asked if I wanted it recorded for myself, which I thought was really great. I wrote down a list of issues I wanted to discuss and showed it to her. She then talked about everything on my list. What she told me about myself and my life was very accurate. She is such a kind and positive person. If I had the time, I would love to try her meditation classes.

Kris Cahill is an excellent, insightful and very approachable psychic who teaches with an open mind and sense of humor. I love her classes! The most refreshing thing about her as a teacher is her unselfishness in having her students learn the techniques she herself knows in a way that makes sense for the student's own progress. And her classes are a lot of fun. If she taught French or Biology or Art I would take the class just because she was teaching it. But for now she is teaching meditation, energy healing, creativity grounding and women's grounding classes and workshops (all of which I have taken) among others. If you have any interest in expanding your knowledge in meditation and visualization I urge you to look into her very affordable classes in the LA area! At the very least treat yourself to a reading with her. She offers them in person or by phone or skype. Every reading I have had with Kris left me with the feeling of "that makes total sense" and helped me immensely with where I was coming from at the time. The tools I have learned in her classes and workshops have helped me take control of my life in a fun and energized way. Check her out!

I have been going to the truly gifted Kris Cahill as a psychic reader, teacher, and energy healer for nearly 4 years. She is amazing! She gives me great insight about what is going on in my life so I am ready to embrace all that is coming to me. She helps me work though problems, issues, and relationships with amazing insight. She also always picks up on things I that I want to talk about before I even ask. Lastly, she helps me clear energy so I can create new things into my life. I always have the perfect reading with Kris, everything that I need to hear at that moment I hear to help me work things out, and grow spiritually. Two AMAZING thumbs up!
