Kravings is a cute little place and not at all what we expected. Andy had a steak wrap and I had a chicken salad sandwich. What made the meals were the hearty side dishes of pasta salad and bean salad.
The pasta salad was not mayo-y at all, nor was it a italian dressing based salad. It was good but I couldn't quite place what it was. The pasta was cooked to perfection, it wasn't mushy at all.
The bean salad was tasty and vinegary.
The entrees were good but not great. The service was okay. Interestingly, they didn't have a soda dispenser, they had cans of soda. I had iced tea that came out of a pitcher in a mini fridge. We are pretty sure the waitress poured herself an afternoon cocktail. Oh, and the decor was "quaintly seaside" very lighthouse themed, kind of like grandma's house circa 1982.
I'd go back just for the pasta salad and bean salad. I'd probably try the mac and cheese a/o get dessert. We were disappointed they were out of chicken pot pie for Andy.
