I took my Subaru here in the spring of 2000. They told me that the motor was bad and that I needed a new car. I took it for a second opinion, and a $90 fix did the trick. After that my car ran for over 5 more years. So much for the motor being junk.
Also, they told my bf (he was new to the area at the time) that they were within walking distance of Alewife. So he walked for miles, in the pouring rain, to their location only to have them say that there was nothing they could do for the car. But they still wanted their $$ of course.
Whatever you do, do not crank it up.
Brought my car here to get a Remote Starter after a few recommendations from friends who had systems installed. These guys know there stuff and did a great job on my remote stater.
