I like this station... They have good traffic alerts every 10 minutes. And daily 10am-2pm they have the commentators which I also like. I feel like I get a good balance of political commentary when I listen to that program.
KOMO 1000 is a good way to keep up with whats going on.
As all-news radio stations go, KOMO 1000 is actually pretty good. They're fast on local breaking news and traffic which is really what you need when you're in the car and best of all, I don't feel as though I'm being talked down to. Hey, I think most of what you find on AM is crap but sometimes you need to know when I-5 and I-405 are blocked or that there's a major problem in downtown - so for that I turn to 1000.
Get stuck in traffic..tune to komo 100, traffic on the 4's...the best station for that crappy congestion that your dealing with.
Plus no lil wayne or carrie underwood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
