Jim S.Greenup, IL1917Oct 5, 2020I bought a Dyson vacuum here last year for my camper. It was September.
It stopped charging, so I took the charger down and brought it in.
Was informed at the CS desk that they don't take items back after 180 days anymore.
I told the lady that that wasn't the policy when I bought it. She then said it was a Covid thing. I kid you not!!! I looked at her and said "what the hell does Covid have to do with my vacuum not charging?" She looked at me with that deer in the headlights look and ask if I wanted to talk to the manager.
That conversation didn't go anywhere.
I'm done with Kohl's. You just lost my family as costumers.
I sure they don't care, but they should. How many national stores are going under? Changing policies and poor CS will get you every time.

Heather H.Terre Haute, IN013Feb 6, 2016Great customer service! Recently had some returns and exchanges to make. The staff was extremely helpful and even showed me where to find extra coupons at the register. Not many stores are willing to help you save money.

I found a beautiful blouse here, which I bought and love, but other things like pants or shirts we tried on were of lesser quality. Lastly, I could not, for the life of me, find ONE salesperson the entire time (40 minutes) I was there to help me find what I was looking for (undergarments). I searched and searched. Do they only have cashiers? We were there mid-day on a Monday.
