We had a great experience with Jake, one of the sales associates. My husband bought me a tennis bracelet for Christmas, and I wasn't happy with it (long story...dont ask), so jake helped me pick out a new style. When the new one came in, I thought I loved it...for a day... I ended up scratching the bracelet idea all together and going for a necklace. Jake was patient and helpful, never showing his frustration. He worked hard to make sure I was happy and pleased with the purchase. And, I am very, very happy. Hoping for something nice for v.day :).
Give this place a try. They care about customer service! -

When my now fiance starting talking about rings he wanted to take me with. I suggested Koehn & Koehn. The experience was what every woman wants. The staff, especially Jake and John were wonderful. My ring is amazing. There is not one day that goes by that I don't get a compliment. I was wishing for a ring that had a lot of character, and they had exactly what I wanted. Andy the owner, is always making sure to say hello when we are in his store.

I have always had fantastic experiences at Koehn & Koehn. The staff is very helpful (without being pushy)! They love to see their customers leave happy and know that we'll keep coming back.We have worked with Jake multiple times and he is awesome. Andy really has put together an amazing staff overall! Koehn & Koehn has a great variety of jewelry in almost anyone's price range. No need to shop around when this great store is around!
Specialties
We carry Hearts On Fire Diamonds, Pandora, Simon G, Philip Stein and Toy Watches, and have the best goldsmith we've ever seen on premise. You can also do some online collaboration with designers through our Virtual Display Case.
We're not a very sleepy jewelry store...so come prepared to have a little different experience than you're used to.
History
Established in 1919
We're not exactly sure when we were established because Walter J. Koehn started it so long ago in Milwaukee. He literally dropped out of the 7th grade to help support his family...and he did so by becoming a watchmaker. That lead to a love of jewelry...and by the time he was old enough to be in high school he was selling diamonds and gemstones.
It wasn't until the late 1940's that he moved to West Bend and opened a store here. We've been here ever since.
Meet the Business Owner: Andy K.
I bought this store from my father 10 years ago(he bought it from my grandfather a ka-billion years ago) and we've been growing ever since. Not because of us...but because our customers have become advocates of our store. There is nothing better for me and my staff.
We really do love people...well...the nice ones;)
