5 reviews for Kmucha Steven T MD Facs
There seem to be a mixed review. But as far as I'm concerned I'm very happy with him.
I've seen him a few times, got a minor medical procedure done, and I'm happy every visit. He was very professional, explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and considerate.
When I asked him if he can see my husband who is often suffering from allergy, he happily took appointment with him. My husband is extremely happy with his service as well.
WOW, this place gets awful reviews and between that and the god awful receptionist that's enough to make me look elsewhere. You should get a new lady who knows what the hell is going on to work at the front counter and answer the phones. Rude and STUPID!!! Does not reflect well on the practice.
Is a minus 10 rating available? Well, for this arrogant and rude doctor perhaps they should create such a rating. RUDE, RUDE and then brusque and full of himself. After leaving I started talking to a stranger by the elevator and found out he had also seen this doctor.
We both had an identical experience. Perhaps in Daly City the patients are intimidated by his lack of bedside manner.
"call me steven he said," and a little bit later in the conversation when I asked him what his first name was, he said: "Steven, but don't call me that!" Too many other choices out there, so why bother with someone who thinks he's such hot stuff?
NO STARS. I can't agree more with Ellen M. The GUY IS AN ARROGANT JERK. He has the Napoleon/short-man's complex.
I was referred by my primary doctor for an undiagnosed sinus problem. I took CAT scan x-rays with me to the appointment and Napoleon called the doctor an idiot for what he felt was a "misdiagnosis". He accused me of not wanting to get better. [Really. who in the hell wants endless dr visits and fork out co-pay because they have nothing better to do?!?] He asked why I was on antibiotics. [Do patients prescribe meds for themselves??] He had the ambience of someone that knew it all and could be told otherwise. I didn't like his attitude from the moment he walked in. After he was done calling my doctor incompetent, he asked what I wanted to do and I told him to move out of my way. I went straight to my doctor's office and complained. I told them to stop sending patients to that jerk. They're doing him a favor by referring patients and they are being verbally assaulted. They said they have received many complaints...so why the hell do you keep sending your patients to that idiot? Who wants to pay money for that BS? The next day my doctor was apologetic about the unpleasant encounter. I told him what was said about him and asked for a referral to an experienced and reputable ENT doctor.
I think this guy picks and chooses who he will help. Google his name--you'll see an investigation by the medical board. I'm not surprised. It's too bad that doctors' licenses can't be revoked due to not providing quality service to patients and showing decent respect.
Excellent doctor. I see him more than my gyno or PCP because I trust him and love his availability. He is incredibly smart and has a great sense of humor.
