I am hooked on Alice 97.3 Radio. Love the morning show of Sarah, Vinnie, Yusette, Icky and Hooman. I was listening to them while in high school (Late 90s). Missed Vinnie and stopped listening while he was gone. Glad he is back!!! The chemistry between Sarah and he is priceless! The music is the top 40 played in loops all day so it helps the day fly as I stream the music at work. They respond to texts, emails and their audience who call. Love you guys never get enough!

I started listening to these guys because my girlfriend would play them when we drove in her car. I thought they were pretty good. I'm normally a classic rock guy but I figured "what the hell", something new. I started listening to Sarah and Vinnie on my hour long commute to work and I quickly became a fan of the mixture of quality contests, interesting news stories & quirky banter.

That changed. Withing 5 months of listening, their whole system started getting low-quality. All of a sudden, the news was this celebrity tweeted this and this happened on last night's Survivor. Their jokes became really dry and tasteless towards many kinds of people and  worst of all, they treated interviews poorly. I know this from personal experience.

Outside of my day job, I am a well-respected Paranormal researcher & investigator with a widely popular team. I have been published in 3 books, the cover of 5 newspapers & numerous internet articles. My team was featured and interviewed by NBC Bay Area News, 6 different radio stations both mainstream and underground. We even recently were contacted by 5 different casting directors for TV sponsorship and appearances. But never were we treated with such disrespect. I called in to their station one morning in mid-October, 2011, to comment on a story they did about celebrity ghost stories, to give my opinion as a professional researcher. When I told them about my experience, they immediately made my call private and had me talk with Uzette, who told me that they wanted me to appear and do an interview with them at the Winchester House on Halloween morning. I accepted.

Halloween morning rolls around and My entire team was up at 4AM to do the earlier mentioned interview with NBC. Then my Co-Founder and I traveled down to the Winchester House. (we work at the same company by day, so we went before work) Once we arrived, everyone outside was very polite and appreciative that we could attend. Once inside, it all changed. The staff are 5 star, the DJ's are terrible. We find Uzette and she looks my Co-Founder, whom I owe half my success, and tells him they were only interested in talking to me, not him. Then, after telling her that she gets both of us or neither of us, she agrees and shows us in. The interview began like every other, with questions of our background, experience and recent work. When we talked about a recent case where we caught some interesting orbs on film, Sarah started calling us "Jedis like from Star Wars". I was shocked.

It was told to me that this was to be a serious interview, and throughout it, they kept disrespecting our experience and poking fun at our credentials. Even Hooman (or however its spelled), who was very courteous at first, started trying to get us to say that we certified the Winchester House to be haunted. We never did any work there, and I refuse to put our good name on the line for a promotion. On top of that, they had asked us to bring equipment to show off. Unfortunately, we couldn't because the team was using it for the NBC interview. They got pissed at us and almost shouted at us for not bringing "the reason you're here". I'm sorry but no one can see the equipment over the airwaves, so why does it matter? I can just as easily tell you how it works, since fans can't see it anyway.

I was so highly insulted by the lack of respect, arrogant attitudes and shameless promotion that after it was over, we called every team we know and passed our experience along. All the teams agreed they wouldn't work with these people, especially since my entire team and some of the teams we called all heard the interview.

Side note: We met the general manager of the Winchester House and introduced ourselves. We attempted to tell him how big fans we were of the excellent work he had done with the historic building and how we'd been coming since we were kids. He just looked at us, gave us a dirty look and walked away. He's a jackass. Just some rich Japanese big shot who looks down on people.

I'm obsessed with Sarah and Vinnie. I listen the morning show and the secret show every single day and hate when they go on vacation. Please don't ever take them off the air! I started listening when No Name was on and was really upset when he left. I still love him, but Sarah and Vinnie have a natural rapport that make them feel like friends.
I highly recommend the secret show when working out. Just know that you will be laughing out loud, so don't be embarrassed at the gym.

The morning show is a waste of a radio frequency broadband. Now normally, I am too lazy to review these programs but this particular program infuriates me. It's mind numbing and sleep-inducing. The sleep-inducing bit is a hazard for all morning drivers.

If you flip to any other program and compare and contrast, you'll notice some form of chemistry and witty repartee. On this show, you get dry-sounding (voices are dull and listless), shallow comments by people attempting at the weakest forms of humor. From what I can make of it, there are two women and two (or three) men on the show... and A LOT of silence. Half of the show involves silence. Whatever chemistry there was (if it even existed) has been brutally beat into an agonizing death.

I cannot believe how many positive reviews there are of this show. Perhaps you all accidentally flipped to the channel during the morning commute, died from a boredom-induced car crash, and have come back to haunt us as malicious zombies that post rave yelp reviews to keep the show on the air, ensuring the rest of us suffer.

How did this happen? I can't pin point it but I remember listening to Sarah and Vinnie back when I was 22 during my commute to San Mateo. I never listen to talk on the radio. My round ears signify I am a music person. The second I hear talk on any station, it is switched with the exception of Sarah & Vinnie. Why can't I change the station? They must be that interesting.

This review is only for the "Sarah and Vinnie" morning show, which I've been listening to since 1997-ish.

Technically, the show "starts" with lots of commercials from 5:30AM to 5:45AM. And then the show starts.  What I miss out on is easily on iTunes or downloadable as an .mp3 file via an RSS feed.

Sarah is the main star of the show. She usually dictates what is interesting (to her) and therefore to the demographics of the listeners (women around her age). That means the show is dominated by celebrity news, the love lives of her male co-host, producer, and her baffling love for the phone screener who thinks he's the shit, and general light news. She is relentless in getting her male staff to reveal things they are reluctant to reveal. But get her to talk about her family's weird ways (her sons' nudity-as-normal behavior in her house, her husband's forays into cross-dressing, her mother's insistence on certain bathroom contraptions to satisfy herself, etc.), and she clams up or deflects the grilling back to everyone else.

Vinnie is back on air after a 5-6 year absence. While I liked No Name when he was on during Vinnie's time away, Vinnie has always been her true "on-air husband". He is open about how he left the show because of his alcoholism. He's been 7 years sober and is back making the show great again. He and producer "Icky" provide the male half of the show. Because the show is female-dominated, they have a "sports show" which they record only for iTunes/download after the main show is over.

Icky is the young one of the group, in his late 20s. Seems like Sarah and Vinnie like to live vicariously through him, especially when he is single and hooking up with a lot of chicks. And Uzette is the backbone, the "power behind the throne". Both Icky and Uzette make sure the show runs smoothly and cleanly (it is a CBS affiliate, so they are heavily bound by the FCC rules after the Jason Timberlake/Janet Jackson debacle).

The four of them have great chemistry.

Once the show is off the air at 10am, they record an additional hour-ish "Secret Show", in which they discuss items that they cannot air during regular hours. Very NSFW. Sadly, when they go into very CBS-censorable territory, Icky might cover up the good stuff with random music.

Comedian Scott Capurro is a regular call-in guest, who is on air every few weeks, usually to advertise his comedy show (which I've been to). And I look forward to Marcus Osborne every week because he has really good movie reviews.

There is one other person who is technically a part of the show and does the movie reviews. But I refuse to name him, because I am one of his legions of haters. He always acts like his name is part of the marquee of "Sarah and Name". He always has to name drop. And unless you are a celebrity, a venture capitalist, or a newsmaker of some kind, you are beneath his attention. For a guy who does NOT brush his teeth on a daily basis and showers only a few times a week, I can never understand how he can ever get any woman to go out with him. And knowing he uses a coffee enema daily grosses me out. And I don't gross out easily. For a so-called vegan, he looks as if he subsists on a double down burger every day.

He's the reason I give the show 4 stars instead of 5.

I now can't get enough of the morning show.  I still hate the format of talk + buttload of commercials + too many minutes of sucky music, but have grown to love Sarah and Vinnie together, and Icky.  Hooman adds some laughter to the show with his crazy stories, but I'm still eternally annoyed by Uzette.  I can't reconcile that chick on there to save my life.

The content that they now include in their show, including industry dirt, funny lists of nothing important like "5 things your boyfriend never tells you but are true" and general conversation, is incredibly funny most of the time and much better than when it was Sarah, NoName and Matty.  And the Secret Show is just awesome.

I have total overwhelming feelings of concern for them and am glad that it looks like everyone's signing their next 2 years worth of contract to keep the love alive.

How to be a DJ at Alice and get rid of nice pooches at the same time:

First, make a CD with those songs:

-Love song by Sara Bareilles ("i'm not gonna write you a love song...")
-New Soul by Yael Nam (the Mac Air song)
-The Way I Am by Ingrid Michaelson ("and you-oo-oo-oo, take me the way i am")
-Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis ("i keep bleeding, keep keep bleeding love)
-Mercy by Duffy (the Amy Winehouse sound-alike)
-In Love With a Girl by Gavin DeGraw (the song that sounds exactly like Gavin's past hit)

Second:  Play the CD on repeat, every night, all night long.

Third: Wait for people to go crazy and start killing cute puppies.

    Dear Director of Programming,

I am offering my services as a disc jockey for your radio station. Even though I have no prior DJ experience, I feel that I have a lot to bring to the table - namely the fact that my music library contains more than just the various "Grey's Anatomy" soundtracks, which is all that it seems you own.

On that note, the next time you play the Fray, or that song by Maroon 5 about shooting that guy dead again, I'm going Uncle Frank* on your arses.

Sarah and Vinny's morning show is mind numbingly boring.  I used to listen to it when it was the Sarah and No Name show and despite No Name's childishness sometimes, I have to admit, the show was enjoyable.  Don't get me wrong though, I never *loved* it, but at least it was better than this crap.  The format truly sucks now.  Hours and hours of them talking about extraordinarily useless and uninteresting topics, and none of them has anything witty to say to bring in some humor.  It usually starts with Vinny reading about entertainment news or the results of some dumb poll and Sarah and Hooman would chime in, interspersed with long pauses and dead air, followed by feeble jokes and observations about boobs or vaginas or other things you giggle in class about in the 2nd grade.

Their hackneyed conversations go something like this:
V:  A recent study out of [insert country] showed that 8 out of 10 men don't mind if a woman has hair on her [insert body part].
S: I get lazy sometimes and don't shave my [insert body part].
V: Wow Sarah, that is by far THE strangest thing I've heard about you ALL DAY, no joke.
S:  Really, no joke, huh?  I am unique.
    V: Yes, really.
H: I knew this girl once in San Mateo with the gnarliest looking [insert body part]
    * long uncomfortable silence*
V: Oh yeah, was she hot?
S:  Yeah, Hooman, did you bang her?
H: No but she did show me her boobs once.
    V: Nice!  Nippleage!
    blah blah blah.... zzzzzzzzzz........

Sorry Alice, I tried to make it work.  My ex-girlfriend liked you, my daughter likes you and every so often leaves it on in my car.

But I have lost all respect for you.

Maybe it was the lame ass humor of No-name, Sarah, and the other morning snores that started the decline.

Or it began with the continual commercials.

But when I heard you play Britney Spears' cover of "I Love Rock N Roll", that was the final straw.

Never again.  You have been deleted from my presets.

And it never really helped that my ex-girlfriend liked you.

I used to listen to Sarah and Vinnie back in the day when I was a wee one in high school. Back then, it was low key and funny. Kathy was still there and Hooman wasn't. The intern back then (forgot her name!) was pretty cool too.

I agree with many on here. Unfortunately the morning show is not as funny as it used to be. Hooman is annoying as hell and Sarah just seems perma-cranky. Very disappointing considering their morning show used to be excellent. Too bad Vinnie had to ruin it all and become a crack head. Oh well. There's always internet radio morning shows....

Back in the day,I listened to 97.3 all the time. I thought their morning show was HILARIOUS. They played excerpts from Fabio's romance album,or sampled K. Fed's "Popozao!" There was "Who's Hoo Man?" along with a male Madonna impersonator.

Then it got boring. Sarah and No Name went from funny celebrity talk to endlessly recycling their sex jokes, etc. I'm not a prude, but it got tiresome.

They also played the SAME songs over and over. Once,I switched between 97.3 and 101.3 and they were BOTH playing James Blunt's bleating "Beautiful."

97.3 markets itself as "adult alternative" (thankfully, they mocked the double lameness of the Black-Eyed Peas opening for the Dave Matthews Band) It could be summed up as a Grey's Anatomy soundtrack. If you've heard it on a prime time drama, you'll hear it on ALICE. Endlessly.

ALICE has jumped the shark into the rabbit hole... go ask ALICE what the problem is,she'll know.

Hello full hour of uninterrupted music. You and you alone get me through my commute sometimes when no other radio station cares. Oh how I love thee!

But seriously, great music, great selection, and even though they repeat a lot of songs they play much more variety than 106.5 and has a broader range of musical interests which does not involve Little Jon every night at some point. I like the variety and I enjoy the hour-long music sessions. Thumbsup

frankly I've listened to ALICE for many years, I loved when it was Vinnie and Sarah way back when. But I got used to NoName, kinda miss him. I mean I'm happy for Vinnie and I only listen on the mornings I commute (and that's for 20 minutes) so its not that big of a deal to me.  I guess since the bay area "SUCKS" when it comes to radio choices ALICE is the best there is. Years ago I was a LIVE105 listener. but I hated Howard Sterns schtick it got so old I moved away from  LIVE105 in the AM and found ALICE. but now I can't even get in the friggin station (LIVE105) out in the east bay??? So during the day when I feel like plugging into whats going on with traffic or whats new in the song world, I turn to ALICE.... yeah I'm a fan.

Side note: many years ago on April fools day when Vinnie was originally on the show they did this prank and yeah I got conned when I first turned on the radio. They had hired all spanish radio host so it sounded like the station had become a spanish station over night. I mean everything music, weather, traffic, etc all spanish....people were calling in pissed! What happened?? Haha all a prank for April fools....good one guys...you got me!

I can't stand Alice in the morning anymore.  Have you noticed how DUMB Sarah and No-Name are?   And Matty is even worse.  He will say something so stupid and inappropriate trying to be funny but they are such lame comments and he is obviously trying to say something "funny" to feel wanted by the rest of the crew.  I used to think they were okay to listen to in the morning but the more I listened I realized how stupid they are.  Hooman is okay, I got interviewed by him for Who's Hooman at Beerfest (I was the one who sang the crappy Creed song).  He might be the smartest person on the show.

I hate when they say something totally inappropriate (i.e racist, dead baby, abortion, etc.) and then someone comes on the air to voice their opinion and they drown them out and totally ignore anything they have to say.  I for one don't get offended by anything someone says on the radio but if someone wants to call and talk about it and you put them on the air, don't talk over them the whole time and say things like "oooh too bad you don't like what I have to say, change the station, blah blah".  Why the hell do you even put them on the radio then??

Even worse is when they were making fun of Nicole Richie's weight issues (okay, who doesn't?) but then her dad came on the air for an interview and they were totally kissing up to him and being nice about Nicole and then a few days later go back to ripping on Nicole.  What kiss asses.  Some D-Lister (Christina Milian) came on and they treated her like she was some mega superstar.  No balls.

Four stars for nostalgia, because I loved Alice in high school.
Now, Sarah and no name are great in small doses, but MAN, they need to stop playing the same songs over and over. Chasing cars by snow patrol- it was good for like 2 weeks, I'm over it. same with Knarls Barkley's "Crazy".   You drive me CRAZZYYYYYY, you drive me CRAZYYYY, you drive me CRAZYYYYY,  POSSIBLYYYYY.
They have a tendency to play songs so much that they kill them, and I turn my ipod on in disgust.  and retro in the metro is a good idea, but maybe put it a little later in the day, its a bit too early for that energy. The concerts they have in GG park are always fun and have really quality bands.
Also, if you have recently had your heat broken, DO NOT LISTEN TO ALICE, YOU WILL CRY.  unless you want to wallow in your misery.

    Vinnie.

Vinnie got fired like 6 years ago because he was a drunk. In what I think was a lack of any better choices, they brought him back. He's clean and sober now, with his demons in a full nelson, and back on 97.3 along side Sarah.

ok, so at first I was like WTF? Vinnie? ok, so much for NEW.. but I'm warming up to him again. And what I've realised is that its not the lack of No Name that makes me feel like something is missing still. Its MATTY. I'm not 100% but if he was the one responsible for the little sound bites and Who's Human contestant clips that were played ever so perfectly to go with whatever conversation was happening, then I miss Matty.

And as for Jan. I know she's trying. and she might be a genius off the air for all I know, but on-air she seriously lacks something. Half the time she forgets to turn on her mic and today she read an email and it sounded worse than the interns reading Word of the Day.

Vinnie rocks. bring back funny sounders. And every time Sara says "no one wants to hear this, its boring" I'm usually cracking up or on the edge of my seat.

I'm cool with the Vinnie and Sarah show. But it will never be the same as the good ol' days.

PS: Alice sucks once the morning show ends.

This station has really taken a nosedive! I used to listen to it all the time, back in the high school days, when it was Sarah and Vinnie (instead of Noname or whatever, bleh) in the morning.

But now it seems like their music selection is totally shitty and uninspired, too...or hell, maybe I just have a way lower tolerance for this rock/pop stuff that they play, who knows...I just feel like they used to play all around better music, and now I hardly ever tune in.

I would honestly prefer to listen to wild 94.9 or 106.1 (and believe me, I do...) In fact, who am I kidding, I have alway preferred the rap...but I give Alice three stars for fond bay area radio memories, none the less!

I never listened to Vinny.  But I love Sarah and no name.  I think they and Human, Matty and Kathy and Andrew (oh, I don't even know) are hilariously funny.  The show is good.  But...the music sucks.

Jayne, the new DJ who took over for Sterling James, is definately an improvement, but how many times can you listen to that one song from Boy George that was in Wedding Singer or the only song Aha ever put out?  I hate the music they play on this station.  It's all a bunch of white male bands that sound like their founder, Matchbox 20.  You know who I mean.  I think Jayne means well but is completely restricted by the playlists.  But other than Sarah and no name, there is no reason to listen to 97.3.  Check out 107.7 for some real music.

There are three distinct categories to discuss here, so I'll take them one at a time.

    1. Morning show: I started listening to Sarah and No-Name in late '07 when I took a job that actually has a commute. Thought the chemistry between the two was great, and that Matty was good, too. I learned to like Hooman over time. So what happened recently? Matty leaves, then they can No-Name and replace him with Vinnie. I guess Vinnie was some dude who hosted the show years ago. So? He adds nothing to the show *and* fails to fill No-Name's shoes!

As if the staffing changes weren't bad enough, they decided to stop the show at 9:00 and play music instead. I used to listen from 8:30 to 9:30, and now I only get half an hour?! Then they start playing music throughout the morning, too? Good heavens I can't listen to this junk anymore!

    2. Regular format (HD1): Listen, at least a Top 40 station plays 40 different songs. This station does a disservice to the "alternative" radio format. Could it kill them to play something other than Duffy and Jack Johnson all day? I've never longed to hear Pearl Jam or Nirvana *so bad* until now.

    3. Chill with Alice (HD2): For all us people with fancy car stereos, this is the best music formatting on the airwaves. Along with some of the stuff on KALX (East Bay) and KFJC (South Bay), of course. Lack of commercials is a plus, but for some reason I hear an awful lot of Norah Jones and Roxy Music on here. I can live with the latter in moderation, but please, could it hurt you to play something from Hooverphonic once in a while?! At least Dead Can Dance gets regular rotation. Sheesh.

So, what's the verdict? 2 stars for the morning show (used to be 4). 1 star for regular formatting. 3.5 stars for the HD2 station. Averages about a 2. You can do better than this!

But you know what...I can't stand listening to the 80's and 90's 'lite rock' all day long!!!

Ahhhh, my morning salvation. If I didn't listen to Sarah and Noname, I would most likely be unsuitable to verbally communicate with my co-workers in the morning. I'm a beast for the first hour and half after I wake up. No, seriously, think one of the Orcs in Lord of the Rings, and you've got me pegged.

I was listening to the morning show back when it was Sarah and Vinny, and although I have to say the quality and the humor depleted a bit with the loss of Vinny, it still brings a smile to my face almost every morning.

The humor, the banter, the freaks who call in (Madonna/Avit Shalom and Andrew to name a few), the celebrity trash, oh the mindless drivel, how I love it so. There are definitely times where I'm laughing so hard to myself in my car that I'm hoping people don't glance over, think I'm crazy and throw their left over coffee at my windshield.

Yes, I admit I like to listen to bathroom humor, especially when it comes from a bunch of sassy Marin parents. It's just such an oxymoron, that it works perfectly. F a bunch of NPR. Who wants to hear the news in the morning. I know my brain doesn't have the capacity to absorb "real" news that early in the morning.

The one thing that good ol Sarah and Noname do that makes me want to puke, while screaming and pulling my hair out, is playing sound clips over and over again. Like K-Fed's "Mess with my family and you're through" or "popozou" or the Sarah Jessica Parker (or as Noname likes to call her, Sarahika Jessica Parker) clip "musty" "whimsical." It's funny the first two times, but after that...no way.

I also wish that Alice would drop whatever contract they have with the Shane Company because the man's voice in the commercials is worse than Brittney Spears when she sucks all the helium out of the balloons at her numerous baby showers. Yackle! I hate the Shane Company sooooooooooooo  much. But I love Sarah and Noname, especially Noname's fucking hilarious story about his trip to Japan and how this Japanese guy kept trying to grab his plums! Oh, so good.

Oh and btw, the music they play on Alice sucks. They really need to update their playlist and delete about 90% of the songs they play on repeat throughout the day...

Five stars because Jessie the intern does a great word of the day.  As soon as she goes back to school, I'll never listen to this station again.

Except Sunday morning, Alice Chill is pretty loungey.

OK...they let a host go because they wanted the morning show to appeal more to their target demographic (women 24-44).  So they get rid of a man who is an admitted beer drinker.

And they bring back a guy who hosted the show 6 years ago -- is now sober, was known for being wild -- and this is supposed to be better for the station's demographic?

What am I missing here between No Name and Vinnie?

Rating this station is really hard for me.

Yes, I love listening to The Morning Show. I do actually enjoy the mindless rants of Sarah and No Name. It keeps me company in the mornings.

Now for the music, ech. I've just about had enough. Sadly, I do not have a cd player in my car and I am often stuck with the radio at work as well. I only say stuck with as the music is repulsively redundant!! I'm with Kristina R, if they're playing anything you like, you won't for much longer as they will likely kill it.

They do however have a rewards program that has paid off for me. I figured hey, if I'm listening to this shit all day, I might as well benefit from it. So, I use these "points" to shop around and enter raffles for prizes.

The Pro's of Alice Radio??? In the past year I have scored tickets to Dave Matthews Band, Scissor Sisters and the best, , ,  in December I won a MacBook!!!!!!!! Hoot!!!!

So rating, starting at 3*'s. Plus one for The Morning Show (4), minus one for the redundancy (3). Plus one for the great prizes I've won. Wow, 4*'s, , , whatta you know?

This has been the station I listened to everytime I came to visit the bay area. But now that Ive lived in the city for about 7 months, I gotta say, its wearing on me. Dont get me wrong, I still loooove this station, but it needs a kick the in the pants. Sarah & No Name are great and Im a huge fan of Retro in the Metro with Jayne from 10-11am, but after that I usually switch up the statinos to KFOG or Live 105 or lately the new Movin 99.7. Its fun random music and keeps the work day moving(wow, I just sounded about 45 years old right there).
Alice's giveaways and contests are also worth listening for. They also get some pretty sweet shows in the city sometimes.

Saw Sara, Vinnie, Hooman,Marcus and even Gretchen at Mezzanine for Alice 13th b-day bash with Hoobastank, Smashmouth and Plain white T's.
All the dj's especially sara and vinnie were soo energetic and overall nice people. They didnt stay too long in the VIP section and were happy to say Hi and take pictures with whoever recognized them at the show.

I typically like their female vocalist more than the men. It was cool that Sara Bareilles, Jason Mraz and even Katy perry along with other talent had small b-day greetings that were played during the night for Alice's b-day.
I can wait to listen monday to hear all the funny stories about what they encountered.

I have to disagree with a lot of you. After listening to Vinny for sometime now, he is a much better fit for the show. He makes my wife and I laugh on our commute to work. No-name is def missed but is better suited for Live 105. They do need to get rid of the "woof- woof emails" bit they use thou.

I wish Hooman could do more live event interviews too.

We listen and will continue to listen.

What do you expect from a corporate radio station. They are just doing what they are told. Like you at your job.

Refreshing to have something to listen to on your way to work.  Daym stations play the same song, back to back, ughh it's so annoying. I love talk radion and even better they're all really fun and entertaining. Finally got to discover the Secret Shows and I listen to that on the ride home.

Gotta try it to believe it!

Can I give this station negative stars?

    The music is intolerable.

    Sara and No-Name are UN-laughable and GOD-awful.

Goodbye Alice....my presets don't need to be fluffed by your presence.

    You've been replaced.

    Suck it.

When I get into my car at 6:20 in the f=ck!n' morning*!!!!!!*..I tune my radio to Alice for their half-ass news!

Their jokes, funny antics, and corny celebrity news wake me up to the utmost that my body and mind will allow (at 6:20 in the f=ck!n' morning*!!*).

But, alas, I don't listen past my commute.  I'd rather hear the music of other radio stations!

Great radio station with the funniest commentary in the morning! If you have heard one of their shows from 7-9am..then you gotta catch it!

I luv thursdays where they have those hilarious games they play...esp. horn bingo! for those who are driving next time in the morning and you hear a series of  "onks" you'll know what its for!!! (but a word of advice, don't play that one cuz not many people will play along, so you're bound to lose)

I am so adding another start to this review. I listen now at work via the daily pod casts. The added star is for putting the whole morning show on pod cast as opposed to just the first 30 minutes of the show at 5am. I've never laughed out loud so hard in my office.

Sarah really got her groove back with Vinnie.

    Sarah and Vinnie rock!!

Now and Zen Fest = Awesome

    Summerthing = Awesome

Alice in Winterland = used to be awesome!!

Just sad that the music has gone so commercial! Too much Taylor Swift and other poppy music.

I'm not too fond of Sarah and Vinn...errrr... Noname...  There are some amusing moments, but I'd prefer it if they just played music.   That said, once they go off the air around 10'ish, then Alice gets my vote.

Back in the daze, I listened to Live 105.  Either I've mellowed out or it's gotten angrier, but the sounds that they play on Live 105 seldom reflect my mood, these days.  Alice is much gentler music...
