I am writing this review because I was so happy with the customer service that I received at Klimisch's. I took my car in for an estimate on a small dent. I did get a very detailed estimate of all the work that would need to be done in order to completely repair the dent. However, while I was there for the estimate, they also made a minor cosmetic fix to the dent that made it look so much better. I really appreciated that. I can barely see the dent now. When I feel up to having the dent totally fixed, I'll definitely be back! Thanks!

I brought my Honda in for some body work and they did a Super job.
All in all they fixed it and it came out brand new and you couldn't even tell. They couldn't beat the price of after market glass replacement so I had to hire another company to do that.
No discounts or coupons provided was the reason for not getting a 5th star.

Recently I had the dubious pleasure of dealing with Klimisch of Vallejo after wiping out the front end pf my car in an accident. What I anticipated was hassle and aggravation. Instead what I got was: "We'll take care of everything, don't worry about it. We'll have you back on the road in no time". And that is exactly what I got. Klimisch dealt with my insurance company, kept me informed and repaired my car beautifully much quicker than I thought possible. Now it looks and drives just like before. Although I hope I never have to be involved in another accident, I most certainly would not hesitate to use Klimisch again if I ever had to. I highly recommend them.

I was pretty traumatized having to deal with my first car accident, but luckily I had the staff of Klimisch by my side, making sure that I was back on the road in no time. Their service is top notch, no doubt. Yeah, it can be quite frustrating when you're searching for the best auto body shop that won't rape your wallet or scam you with bogus charges. Klimisch is all about keeping "you" in charge and making sure that "you" are satisfied. These guys called me quite often keeping me up-to-date with the progress of my car which was awesome. They even dropped my car off instead of me having to find a ride to the auto shop when it was ready. It was hard to recognize my car at first because it looked way too new. Yup, it was THAT good. Hopefully I won't be involved in another car accident again, but in case I do, I'll definitely use their services again. I'm recommending all of my coworkers and buddies to these guys. Klimisch will not disappoint you.

I had such a pleasant experience, after such a traumatice ordeal. Everyone from start to finish was professional, informative and honest. I would recommend them to everyone. They cleaned the car, and it looked beautiful when I picked it up. They called me with updates, and were always available when I called or had questions. I always say that with good business brings prosperity.

I had heard this was a high quality shop. Maybe the best in the area.
My friend bought a slightly used car and got hit driving it home from the dealer. He knew I was a car nut and called for advise. I told him to take it here. He did. First class work, done on time. No issues.... as long as you can afford the best.
I was so impressed that I brought my older Lexus LS to them to have the beat up rear bumper repaired and a variety of small touch ups done. Again, it wasn't cheap, BUT you get what you pay for. I have to swallow kinda hard before I bring another car in but if I want first quality work I will go there. I still find myself admiring how great my Lexus looks after they made it right.
Between my wife and I, we have everything from a 50s Porsche to newish Porsche/BMW/Audi's. We expect quality work. This place delivers it. I was so happy with them that we brought them a box of chocolates with a Thank You note.
No, I don't actually know them. They don't know me. Just a very satisfied customer.

Everything was perfect, customer service from start to end and the job they did on my car. They made it SOOOO easy for me by getting my rental car set up, they fully detailed my car and made sure it was ready by Friday so I had it for the weekend.

I was recommended to take my car here by AAA after a light fender bender left my car with some scratching and dents. I didn't know what to expect since I had never heard of this business, but all doubts have now been removed. Everything in regards to service at this auto shop is TOP NOTCH. They worked around my schedule for me to bring in my car and pick it up, arranged transportation to the rental car shop for me, called me consistently to check in with me and give me an update on the car (which I loved and was beyond my expectation), professional repair (paint and car now look fantastic my job dropped at first sight, and they were even kind enough to wash my car, wow), and friendly service with a smile and good attitude. They helped me out every step of the way and made sure I understood what was going on with my car and the insurance. There was no hassle from them, no bad attitude, they were flawless; I have no complaints. I recommend this shop and will bring service back to them if I ever need it. Thank you for such an easy and enjoyable experience!
