if you want a hot stone massage, go see james. HE IS AMAZING. he looks intimidating but he sure knows how to work his hands! i left feeling so relaxed, almost euphoric. it was my first hot stone massage and honestly i will probably find any excuse to go back! i told him i was having problems with my shoulders and he massage the pain right out! the hot stones weren't too hot nor too cold. just right! and then he left them on you so the heat dissipated into your muscles while he worked on the rest of your body. i think i passed out at one point i was so relaxed.
ah, heavenly. thank you james! -

The pricing is steep, but in line with local competition.
They have a special @ $21 for the first 21 days. You can go to as many classes as you want. Yoga, kick-boxing, Zumba and perhaps more. There is no gym but they plan on introducing group personal training. Which for a trial - this is a good deal.
You can purchase class cards at $130/10 Classes ($13/class) or $250/20 Classes ($12.50/class).
I'm going to give the 21 days a try and will re-update this.
Wish the prices were more affordable. -

Kismet just keeps getting better. I'm finally starting to feel comfortable with my yoga practice.
They also just introduced a whole new reasonable and flexible pricing structure.
Definitely check them out, the instructors and staff are great!!1 Previous Review: Show all »

This is pretty much an addendum to my previous review, but I just needed to say that the adult kickboxing classes are just as fun as the kids'. Great music, fun obstacle course, students of all levels. When I left I had so much energy I actually beat my sons at a Wii game.

Review from Joe M.

"I worked with Brad Thibodeau, a personal trainer at Kismet, on a one on one basis and also take his scheduled group classes regularly. Brad is an outstanding personal trainer who will tailor a unique and individualized program to help you accomplish your goals. He uses a contemporary approach to physical conditioning by combining martial arts, boot camp, kick-boxing, and traditional core strengthening methods in his program. He has an excellent understanding of muscle kinetics, physiology, and general nutrition and will carefully follow your progress and your diet! His emphasis is on core strengthening, fat-burning, and the gaining of lean muscle mass and strength. I have also noticed improved sleep at night and a significant increase in energy during the day and at work which has helped me a great deal. Brad is dedicated, personable, non-intimidating, and a superb motivator! His sessions can be intense, but always fun and interesting and the results are impressive". The studios are new and clean and the staff and clients are very friendly.
