We liked this place better than Soda Springs, go figure.
Its smaller but it had less of a crowd which equalled more time coming down the hill.

I'm putting 3 star because I'm mixed. We went once at the end of the season last year and just went again.
Having been to or seen other tubing places, I suppose this would be a 4...you don't have to treck up a hill as they have a lift that takes you up and they seem to change things around. Overall the staff seems good and caring.
However if I was to sit back and rank an overall experience I'd say it is a 2. First off, I don't think they have the staffing level to run consistantly. There was someone ahead of me where the person was buying tickets for maybe 10 separate groups of people who had come together. He would call these separate groups up one at a time and they would do the transaction for that group and then he'd call up his next group. About 15 minutes of that I asked if I could just by 2 tickets for my daughher and he let me cut ahead (thanks!) but I feel sorry for all the other people behind me that probably waited 20-30 minutes to buy tickets because of them. They should have pulled a staff member to take care of their transaction on the side.
Okay, on with the actual experience. We ended up only spending 1 hour of our 2 hour alloted time. The line was long and it would take 10 minutes of just standing there to get to the lift. Its not like a ride at Disneyland where the kids are standing their in anticipation, it seems like most people were shuffling along like at security at the airport. Then you get up and go on a 10 second run with your tube. Seems like if you are paying $18 and you are only able to do 4-5 runs - if you set something up where you had to pay $3-4 and wait in line for 10 minutes to go down this run most people would say it was too expensive.
So maybe okay if your doing this for the first time, but my second experience was probably...I wouldn't be back.
