"This is the best burger joint I've even went to! The decor is downright "dope" with all the urban paintings and the overall industrial look.…" read more »
I've lived on the east side practically my whole life and had always seen this place, but never ventured in. Probably because it's in a pretty sketchy area haha! However, my bf took me here when we first started dating and let me tell you...their burgers are delish! They're pretty large, moist, and fresh. They also serve chicken burgers and some asian fare like teriyaki plates and chicken wings. I prefer St. John's in Sunnyvale, but when I'm craving a good burger close to home...this is my spot.
Also, I would like to point out that this is a CAMBODIAN family-owned business. Not Chinese like all these people keep saying...I know all Asians look the same to some people, but c'mon! LOL

Can you say EAST SIDE...???? This place is fresh...the only place where the chinese guy behind the counter asks if you want QUESO on your burger, even though he knows you dont speak spanish. Also, he bumps the mexican POLKA in there all day everyday. Good burgers and fries, good shakes, and even good rice plates. The classic meal is the chicken teriyaki w/ rice, eggroll, and a side of fries....try this place next time you are in the hood.....

I've got to 2nd, this place has really good cheese steaks.
I swear to god I wrote a review for this place.. SIGH where to begin.. This is your typical run by Asians in a Mexican area greasy burger joint that has everything from teriyaki burgers to cheese burger goodness. They also sell stuff like luca and all that other lead filled candy. Their deals are cheap and it never fails for me to see a student (past or present here)
MS T YOU EAT HERE??
Uh--- yea
WHY?
Um.... I am hungry?
OHHHHHHHHHHH
The parking lot is tight so if you are a shitty parallel parker or "making your own parking space" makes you uncomfortable you might want to park at Tropicana (grab a fake ID and DL) and walk over. This is in a convenient area where you can drop your student off to school, shop at target, get some gas and your tires changed THEN like I usually do leave your car at the gas station and get a burger combo.
I love their fries.... their chicken sandwiches not so much-- cheese burger with bacon, fries and a soda do just dandy.. I look at my chicken bake I am eating and it just doesn't seem to cut it... sigh... but I am not that desperate to drive 30 minutes to get one.
CASH KIDDIES!
(They have an ATM but no guarantee of it being functional)

Fresh ingredients...
Made to order and dirt cheap..
Deluxe with cheese will set you back $1.50, gee ya!
La Bamba music overhead, rocks!!!
The combos are reasonably priced. They give you a good amount of fries in the combo; and the fries (crinkle cut) are really good: thick, crispy, and not too greasy; but i have to confess the fries i had were freshly fried. The bacon burger was good, but I felt it was lacking...maybe a little more sauce? I give this place a 3.5,but I'd consider changing it into a 4 if the double cheese burger is good next time I go.
Where the Chinos listen to music en Espa~ol!
Vegetarians:
try a # 1 with onion rings instead of meat =
Delicious!
The fries are good most of the time and the Asian owners and family are so friendly and seem to love what they do!
Tips:
Bring Cash!
Meals are about $5-8/ person.
MMMMMMMMMMM grease!!!! Eat anyhting here it's not bad at all!!!!

The burgers are pretty good here. They toast their buns here in a way that reminds me of In-N-Out. It's a mom and pop shop... the owners being a Korean family, which is cute because they really cater to the majority of their clientele and play Mexican music. Haha.

This place has great tasting burger and fries. I just wish the meat was thicker. They also got good tasting Coke. The guy's voice on the intercom calling the numbers gets annoying. The place is run by Asians and they bump Spanish music in the background. It's quick food, greasy and tasty. Parking sucks as does the restroom with no soap but somehow you keep making the drive just to have a kings burger.
This is definitely a hole in the wall, but it has sufficient seating, and it's pretty clean. It has all the regular hamburger-sandwich combos (regular, with bacon, with cheese, with multiple patties, chicken) accompanied by yummy crinkle fries (think Ore-ida), as well as teriyaki chicken with rice and other variations on that theme.
What I liked about the restaurant was that the buns were toasted, and the patties still had the design of whatever wavy meat grinder they had passed through. Vegetarians are probably fainting, but the point is the burgers were identifiable as ground beef, not some patty constituted of who knows what in a circular shape. The strawberry milkshake was probably made from strawberry syrup, but it wasn't too sweet, and it was definitely reminiscent of strawberries.
The public bathroom situation is very weird. One must go out the restaurant, through the parking lot past the guy selling pirated CDs, to a little broom closet bathroom. Clean, but no soap to wash your hands.
A cool thing about this restaurant is that all the staff are of Asian background, speak English and Spanish, and play Cumbia music on the loudspeakers.

this place is tha best...good juicy burgers ...azns bumpiN mexican music....they have tha Tapatio sauce to put in yo fryz and burger along wit ketchup
a great mom and pop restaurant on king rd... theyve got an awesome philly cheesesteak, and theyre pretty big portions. some days, people will park their lowriders and classic cars out front and have themselves a little meet. if the day is right and im not too afraid of these intimidating car owners - and my hunger far surpases my pride, ill go there. yup. its a hole in the wall, and semi-clean... but hey - sometimes the greasiest hole in the walls are the BEST.
