My first, short first impression was horrible. The owner Danny (though kind and sweet) could not be reached and had to be caught on the fly. I was expected to sign a childcare contract with no monthly amount written on it, it was blank! I was told you track your child's own hours here. The owner seemed taken aback when I was not interested in automatic monthly withdrawals from my checking account. On our first day, the worker was sitting behind a desk when you would think she should be up on her feet doing kids' activities. I was not given a tour, just told we're moving into a gym now. My son was there an entire day and a half and he was sent home with his bag of pull-ups unopened and unused! The children here eat very little and doesn't appear to be all that healthy either. There is no breakfast served despite opening at 7am, small Quaker bar snack and then no lunch until 12:20!. .awful long time for children to go without eating. Most of staff were very kind and good with the children but appears badly managed.

favothis was the saddest example of a safe, loving, caring child care center i have ever experienced in my 30 years of working in and with childrens centers/ ministries,child protective services/families forever and outreach programs myself! as a business owner and foreman shop manager and after 35 years working with the public, i have never been treated with such ungodly disrespect. i am dumbfounded and shocked at the hostility i so undeservingly endured after one short week involved in this nightmare called kidz imagination, which surely will leave emotional scars on that of an innocent childs heart. the owner is incapable of good, if any, communication skills... she never returned numerous calls, messages, and texts expressing valid concerns regarding quesitonable personnel, bullying, and refund from an earlier than expected withdrawl. you have to catch her late in the evening or by surprise to speak to her since she obviously feels her time is more important than reaching out to concerned parents in an attempt to understand, work with, or problem solve in a peaceful, adult manner which apparently was no where on her adgenda. her agressive, loud, fast talking, bullying tactics coupled with false accusations spewed out like a hit and run, leaving the other party with no or little time to defend or respond with full sentences, is unacceptable behavior for any rational adult responsible for other peoples children!!! children learn what they live and the hours spent in this institute scares me to the core for other unexpecting parents and their influencial little ones! the extremly rude, disrespectful, demeaning, hateful attitude thrown up on a concerned parent may have given her a false sense of surperiorority,control and righteousness when in all reality... amplified her void of self- control, good temperment, grace, kindness, compassion, concern or professionalism towards a concerned parent for her childs welfare...the false advertising coupled with the shallowness revealed to me by this owners dispicable display as "a caring, loving provier" was no where to be found in my experience. the lack of good examples as to how to handle conflict for her "babysitters" whom may be impressionable.. innocent children will surely suffer with her don't tattle tale attitude, her lack of compassion or willingness to work with a concerned parent when ones child is continually abused verbally by personelle and physicaly by other children is unacceptable!!!. she hires unqualified girls whom she herself called spineless towards one, and "recieved many other complaints" in regards to the other! yet, i was deamonized for removing my child from their care or lack of. observed by a child, never the less, was poor peacemaking skills (if any) or good ethics. the owner has proven to be dishonest, greedy, unethical, hateful and unapproachable when confronted with a partial refund for days not attended per our verbal agreement, which i was forced to break as the result of her employee''s gross negligence. instead, she tacked on an additional $10 a day fee in place of what should have been an apology for the actions of her employees, coupled with a fair reimbursement ...see you in court danny!
