Kids Club Fun Land
1 review for Kids Club Fun Land
So, if there's absolutely nowhere else to go that day... you could take your kids to Fun Land.
I mean, it's okay and all. The kids seem to like it. There's a huge play structure if your kids are into that. If, like mine, that won't hold their attention for more than a couple of minutes, there are games that take tokens - Skee-ball, air hockey, all of the little gambling-type games that give crack... er, tickets instead of money back, and so on.
There's food... sort of. Pizza, mostly, but not especially good pizza. You might want to feed everyone before you go there.
Overall? Think Chuck-E-Cheese on a budget. Not your budget, though, because it still costs you to get in the door. Socks are required, so keep that in mind if you're going in the summer with kids in sandals. You can buy socks from the front counter, but it'll cost you one of your own feet, making an already expensive-for-what-you-get trip into a what-the-hell-was-I-thinking-coming-here trip. :)
Honestly? I'd rather take the kids to the Westwood McDonald's (on Route 1 & Everett) where it's just as air conditioned, free to get in, there's still a play structure, there's free wi-fi for the grownups, and, dare I say it... the food might be higher quality!
