This place, granted, is more aimed at kids than adults, but I like this place. The food isn't bad; I especially like their fried mushrooms. And they have so many different milkshake options....mmmm....

I liked going here for lunch occasionally. Not the best food in town, but def better than McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, etc.

Nothing classy but definitely better than going to Mcd's or wendys.

Tried their cheese burger which is pretty big for the price and had their fried mushrooms (Something different for a change).

Will go there if I am looking for burgers and dont want to driver far.

When I get a cravin' for a burger on a weekday, I occasionally will come here instead of driving all the way to Fatburger off Bellevue Way.

Burgers are juicy,  I like that they heap the onions on without being asked to.  I'd rather Kidd Valley griddle-cooked the burgers instead of flame-broiling them as they do, but that's personal preference (I find the the charred flavor from flame-broiling a bit offputting).

If I eat here I also get the mushrooms with tarter sauce.

They serve Coke and not Pepsi.  And that's a good thing!

On last visit  I did note that the counter help are getting drunk on what little power they have.  Oh, let them have their little kingdom I guess.

When I was in middle school, one of my classmate's siblings worked here and accidently burned this sucker down. In the couple of months it took them to remodel I was a very sad little boy since my only other fast food burger options were Wendy's and McDonald's.

Before it burned down it was kinda divish, but when it reopened it was totally decked out and nice. To this day they've done a pretty good job keeping this location up. The quality is pretty much on par with Kidd Valley's Seattle locations.

We needed a quick lunch, and this place delivered.  The food was made-to-order, and the oreo shake was excellent.  I'm pretty sure it was actually a DQ Blizzard in the cup, but hey, I'm down.  My friend got the garlic fries, and they were very good (but, super-garlicky, not a good choice for anyone pre-meeting).  I had a grilled chicken sandwich (to offset the shake), which was fairly good, but not terribly special.

If you're a milkshake junkie like I am, I just had an oreo shake at Fatburger in Redmond (I know, what's with the oreo kick?), and Kidd Valley's shake basically kicked its ASS.

Bonus points:  Their "question of the day" on the blackboard was about Get Fuzzy.  :)  Go Bucky Katt GO.

I ate a hamburger and a shake here, and it was fine. Was it anything special? No. Did I avoid a mega-burger-chain? Yes, and I feel pretty good about that. The bun left something to be desired, and my burger was over-sauced and drippy. The shake was okay. The people working there seemed happy, and that was nice.

The garlic fries are large enough for two people. I'm still not sure why they wanted to give me tartar sauce alongside.

I expected to be disappointed, and I was not. I am perfectly happy eating crappy (i.e., fast food) cheeseburgers, but my standards go up quite a bit when we move from "burgers" to "gourmet burgers"  which Kidd Valley claims to serve.

My cheddar cheeseburger with only bacon ad lettuce was excellent. Perfectly cooked (not too rare) and juicy, the meat had actual flavor and a good texture. In the interest of science (yeah, right) I didn't even put ketchup on it until after I'd carefully tasted the meat, cheese, bread, bacon and lettuce together for a few bites -- and then I dipped it as I ate.... mmmmmm!

The onion rings were freakin' awesome. Boiling-hot and smelling perfect, I waited just long enough to avoid burning my tongue before melting the first one in my mouth. They use the basically-local Walla Walla sweets and they make them fresh every day, and it is worth the extra trouble. These are not some freezer-Frankenstein rings, and unlike the pathetic XXX Root Beer in Issaquah, they aren't completely drowned in grease.

I mooched a few fries off my friend and they were good too. Crispy but not too much, most people will probably like them; they are sort of fat shoestring type fries.

I didn't have a shake; my arteries and stomach can only take so much fat per meal. But they looked good. The Diet Coke was good; I know that sounds stupid, but some places, including many McDonald's, do not keep their fountains clean and/or properly adjusted and therefore the soda tastes like crap.

They lost a star because service was a bit slow. Not because the food had to be cooked; that took a reasonable amount of time for fresh-cooked-to-order food. Rather, the people taking orders were pretty relaxed about it considering it was the lunch rush and there was a pretty good line, they were moving in their own sweet time and chatting amongst themselves a bit. I'd like to see some crisp efficiency beaten (nicely) into these folks. They were friendly though, so don't be too mean to them! LOL

Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. I would definitely go back even though I wish they'd pick up the pace at the cash register.
