Khrystyna Chorna - Real Estate Super Girl

This is my 2nd home purchase through the Real Estate Supergirl. Khrystyna is very professional and makes the home-purchasing process as easy as possible. She makes herself available for any questions that we have along the way and makes sure her clients are always satisfied. Khrystyna always places her clients in a strong position for a competitive home offer and follows through with her promises until close of escrow.

Khrystyna is truly a real estate supergirl! My wife and I have barely started thinking about looking around for a house to see if we can possibly buy our first real estate property, when a mutual friend introduced us to Khrystyna.
We thought we will start looking around and maybe will be financially ready to purchase something in about 12-18 months. Little did we know, 2 months later we ended up with a 3 unit complex in downtown San Diego! Our lives were forever changed since not only we got our first home, but we also have financial stability from the income from the other units. Talk about life changing events!
Khrystyna was immensely patient, ready to help us with any possible questions we had, not only during escrow but 10 months later with property tax questions as well. (Did I mention we were completely clueless about real estate?)
The seller had not the best agent, the communication with them was very hard. But Khrystyna absolutely killed it by bothering the sellers until they got out first offer accepted! It was just a bit over the asking price, and in San Diego it is unheard of. Then during escrow she even got us $25k credit from sellers to repair existing damages! We literally have never heard of so much money being negotiated before.
What an amazing experience! We would have never thought this was possible without our beloved real estate agent Khrystyna and all the people she recommended during the process. She will definitely be our one and only realtor for the rest of our lives. Would 100% recommend!

Living in San Diego for several years now, I still was not familiar with the market or all the different areas. Khrystyna was very patient and did not pressure me into buying a house simply because she showed it to me.

She is great at listening, and when something popped on the market that was an amazing fit, she wasted no time in setting up a showing for me.

One of the best things about Khrystyna, is that she is so up front. I felt so comfortable trusting her guidance throughout the entire process. That is saying a lot because it was no cake walk - we hit several bumps along the way.

When the inspector found problems with the washer/dryer, Supergirl came to the rescue with a seller paid a new washer/dryer. When the bank needed more documents - Supergirl came to the rescue getting the documents in time. When we found out days before the close of escrow the contractor did not complete the fixes we agreed to, Supergirl came to the rescue to get the fixes done and even had the Seller compensate me for my lock extension!

Talk about someone who is super knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. If you know a lot about buying and selling homes, or nothing at all, you can't go wrong having Supergirl working for you!

I love the way how Khrstyna is passionate about her job. The whole time she was very energetic and positive while driving us around the town and showing us bunch of different properties in different parts of sunny san diego. She is the agent that you wanna work with because she does really do her job great and actually whole time i felt like she was actually more exciting then us and it felt really great! She will call back or answer phones/emails even its late night which we really apriciated! I will always refer Khrystyna's services to alll my family and friends because i want them to be in safe hands!
