I come here a lot and the service is sooo good
And the food is so good the chicken is so crispy and crunchy and tender but I had a hare in my food so I lost my appetite I like the Mach potato's and it is so good!!!!! I recommend it same with the Mac and chicken nuggets hopes this helps (:

SCAM ALERT!!! The manager will up charge you! If you order online vs in person price is doubled. Call corporate if they do not respect online pricing (even after filtering to location) they are scamming customers!

Came in for lunch today and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. Well worth it! The chicken was juicy on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside with a little kick to it. Yum.. The coleslaw was delicious as usual. The service was fast and friendly, the place was very clean and mind you I came in at about 2:00 just after the lunch rush. Good job KFC employees and Managment. I will be back soon,

ANGIE with the big glasses shouldn't work in customer service. I was charged 2 times for an order. I wasn't too upset about it I just asked if she can make it since I was already charged for and she refused. I showed her my bank statement that showed I was charged 2 times and she told me to call my bank cause it was probably their fault. I did and they confirmed I was charged 2 times. THE BANK RECOMMENDS to go back to KFC. It's just easier than waiting 2 weels for a dispute. But she still refused to give me my order that was already paid for. And I wasted 15 mins & she still had an attitude thru it all.

This place is closed down. I crave original recipe here and there and love their mashed potatoes and gravy. Sadness....

This is the most ridiculous policy in the fast food world. This place requires a picture Id to get your food if you ordered on the app.They will not give you your foods. Here is the email to the owner. I will definitely not be coming back to this place. F this place.

Visited today to grab dinner for two after work, but needed to use the restroom first. I asked an employee for the combination for the restroom door. The employee told me restrooms are for customers only. I said, I'm here to buy dinner, but I need to use the restroom first. Nope! She wasn't having it. You must prove your worthiness as a customer. I said do you think I drove here just to use the restroom?

No problem, I just won't visit this place anymore. What a joke.

Placed a order at 2:00 pm for pickup at 4:15 and came in at 4:05, the Fat lady with glasses at the cashier said my order is not ready for another 25-30 minutes. Super universal excuse our system isn't working but my order at 4:15 pickup plus my name is there. 2 hours of ordering before does NOT make a difference here.

They asked for my ID when I show them my app order confirmation already. It's never happen to me before. What a joke!

Very bad customer service went in ordered 2 chicken breast to go the cashier was nice but the kid who gave my order started to ask me if i am going to eat inside the restaurant because I asked for empty plate to go and made me wait to ask the manager wow very very bad
