KFC

Worse meal ever! We ordered a 2-piece white meat and a 3-piece white meat extra crispy with mashed potatoes and no gravy. Sounds easy enough. Instead, we got both meals with dark meat. Potatoes had gravy and it was very runny. Just yuck! In addition-- it was not cooked long enough. Bloody red meat. The only thing good about the meal was the green beans. Oh wait! I made those. ‍

Food is always so nasty! The last 3 times I ate here I've gotten food poisoning. They keep the SAME pair of gloves on, cooking MANY orders of food in a row. That's very unsanitary. And as a cook myself, that's beyond gross.
Nothing is ever fresh, it's cold or been sitting in a heating lamp.

Slow, waiting to pickup 2 doordash orders for about 30 min. Granted it was my first time picking up from there so it could've just been a slow day but dang man

I ordered an online order 08/14/2022 at or about 8:37 p.m. the lobby was closed so I pulled through the drive-thru. The manager Daryl said he had not seen the order yet so I said okay I will wait. He wanted the name on the order. I gave him my name and he said that's not it I told him I can show him my order number. He said they do not have order numbers. I told him what I ordered. He said they do not offer that anymore. I told him it was on the website. Daryl said that's a 3rd party vendor and it doesn't have anything to do with them After a lot of back and forth I told him I just want what I paid for and he said just this one time. I don't think he understood the order.

Every time I come to this location they either don't have Mac and cheese or it's gonna take more than an hour to wait for it. Why the fuck would I go to KFC for anything other than chicken and Mac and cheese.

I've been here a few times and I've tried to swallow my tongue but I've never had a good experience here, the only reason I come back is because it's one of the few restaurants in the area. This time I walk in wait 10 mins to order"there's only one other person in the place". Got my food with no napkins, my chicken sandwich had no sauce on it, and watched another person have to come in after the drive threw because they didn't get all there food....

I personally don't eat fried chicken but came here one day to pick food up for someone. I ended up leaving the drive thru window as it took well over 10 mins for the line to budge. I guess they knew how slow they were moving because at one point, an employee stuck his head our the window to look at the line. What's the point of having a drive through if you don't take orders at the intercom?

Gave the two stars because the selection was correct, and the order was hot. That's all I can really say about this one, went through the drive-through took nearly 15 minutes. Could hardly understand the person on the microphone, and wants I made sure the order was correct, they told me to come around for the total"homey" told them just give me the total and you keep your homey, he didn't look like he appreciated that. But oh well...

Worst kfc I have ever been to. Out of chicken, and strips. then was told if I want to wait it will be 35 minutes. Does it take that long to raise a chicken kill it and serve it? Rude staff, went across the street to churches and had no issues.

This is the worst KFC ever! I only live half a block away, but usually drive 3 miles to the next closest one. Long wait time, no receipt, order WRONG! Last time!
