KFC

I've been in line for about 15 minutes. I should know better because I came home a few times before but I honestly didn't feel like driving 8 minutes to the other place I wanted. However I could have drove somewhere else, got my food, and probably be pulling into my house.

Not sure what went wrong at this location and neighboring ones but the staff is wildly undertrained and unprofessional. And not even in a "respect me fast food worker Karen" way but they will absolutely argue you down over incorrect orders and generally very rude.

I believe a lot of workers have blamed the intercom for not being able to hear but you would think the owner would fix that? Or read the reviews and identify rude staff? The whole experience is very weird

Please come here if you're trying to cut out fast food and need a reason to cook at home.

Basically no Honey BBQ Sauce on these hot 12 Kentucky Fried Wings. Do better imperial store . I asked for bbq wings and they are normally covered in sauce but it seems like this batch barely had enough to cover the entire wing !

The only reason that I gave it a one star rating is because there is nothing lower that I can give. The chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. I tend not to leave negative reviews unless they are deserved and believe me, in this case it is deserved. Be forewarned, I recommend that you don't waste your money buying ANYTHING from this establishment.

The customer service at this one was Horrible!! He didn't want to be at work and he should have stayed home. Bad attitude!! I gave him better customer service than he gave me. I don't know if the food was good took my godmother here to get food.

Terrible and greasy!! I ordered an 8 piece meal and they didn't give me any wings or drumsticks.. all thighs and breast!! Unbelievable!!

KFC has been a dimly favorite since 1900 baby! Their chicken is next level bro! No doubt they have tons of customers and business. I would say that everything on the menu looks amazing. Usually my stomach is WAY bigger than my eyes and I mistake the best food for nothing. KFC brings that home quality. Fresh, delicious, finger-licking good!

The girl at the window took my money and didn't give me the proper change. When I asked about it, she got ANNOYED with me and said, "I don't have any change," and turned back around. I said, "You should have told me. You can't just keep people's money." she kept asking me to repeat what I said, so I said, "Forget it." Then she said, "Are you mad because I didn't hear you? I don't always have change so you need to bring the right amount." I said, "I was mad that you kept my money and didn't tell me." I said, "Is there a sign?" She said, "NO. Whatever, have a nice day." AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stealing people's money!

I read the awful reviews and ordered anyway thinking that this location couldn't actually be that bad. It was. I had the hot nashville tenders, which were not seasoned and also not ready when they were supposed to be.

Coleslaw was nice and cold how I enjoy it.
Mashed potatoes nice and creamy.

this employee seriously needs to be fired. he is very rude, unpleasant, unfriendly, unapproachable, and lacks professionalism. I come here every time and speak to every employee with respect. The same way i'd like to be spoken to, and this employee doesn't fails to treat others the same.
