Customer service needs work. They were busy when I arrived but you still need to acknowledge and say I'll be right with you. 12p and you're already out of extra crispy chicken. I've been to this location several times and always enjoyed my food but not this time. I had a 5pc extra crispy chicken tender dinner with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The mash potatoes were the worst I've ever had from kfc. I didn't enjoy any of imy food and it will be a long time before I patronize again

STEER CLEAR of this place. Girl at the window gave attitude like I was asking her for a kidney or something just to take my order. I ordered 20 piece meal, was told 20 minutes and it took 45. Got home to find out they left out almost half the order. Called to ask who the hell is running this place but they don't answer the phone over there.

After all these reviews you'd figure the franchise owners would do something but here we are..should've checked yelp before I went.

I want to question why they're so expensive but maybe I bought lot lol. I ordered 8pm nuggets extra biscuit, small mash potatoes corn, and coleslaw. It was very fresh and tasty.

I wish I could leave zero stars but there is no option. I have not been to this KFC in a long time, way over a year ago but decided to try again. Big Mistake!
I was there in late October 2022. I ordered the 8 piece with 2 sides and biscuits. What happened to the golden brown chicken?? It's now dark brown and nasty. Same with the gravy. Used to be this creamy tan gravy, now this dark brown gravy. The only thing that was good were the biscuits. I came home and ate a few pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and the coleslaw. 10 minutes later I was sicker than a dog. Threw out the rest. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS KFC AGAIN OR ANY KFC!!!! Jewel food store has better chicken. Sorry.

very poor service from the management my debit card got charged 4 times for 12 pieces of chicken meal and nobody wanted to help the manager said that it's my problem

I visited this Popeyes on 4/10/2022 and the food was absolutely horrible tried calling back and no answer I then visited the restaurant the very next day and the Village of Bridgeview had closed this Popeyes down I then called the village and was told
There was some issues with the store and they had to be closed I have caked the corporate office since 4/11/2022 and each time I'm being told it is being escalated and nothing is being done
I have requested my 13.28 back and also I've been instructed to call the village hall
Back if nothing has been resolved I should not have to work this hard to get my money returned to me
Absolutely Unacceptable

Some times they don't have half the menu or they try to talk you out of what u want because it will take 20 minutes to cook because they didn't have any in the heat rack

Spicy Chicken Sandwich was so dry and old this time, as it was about 1:30pm so it was sitting out under the heat lamp for hours. It only weighed 1/2 it's weight. Absolutely horrible, but was in a hurry with an agenda and didn't had THE TIME TO GO BACK AND WASTE MORE TIME. I also saw they raised the price $1, so everyone was at Popeyes across the street.

Last time Ludicrous was rude and dismissive, surprised I went back.

I love this location. The staff are friendly and patient. They do make sure your order is to your satisfaction . I particularly like their marsh potatoes and gravy because it tastes really good. Would definitely recommend if you want great service.

anthony your resturant sucks, try hiring people who want to do a good job. i gave u a 2nd try as i was going to the thrift store across street. went to place order for 100 pieces and was told we just dont have the time to help u unless u wanna wait 90 minutes. at that point i asked for the mgr n said i called ahead was told it wouldnt be a problem . thats when i was told the mgr was on break n couldnt be disturbed . maybe u should try being in u resturant more it was flithy on top on this.

dont worry u competitor POPEYES was more than happy to recieve my 100 piece order which i now go there monthly for now.
you probably dont have the balls to even reply as u didnt my last problem
