Like previous people have said, Helen is amazing! Highly recommended if you are looking to purchase a home.
Me and my GF are first time buyers so we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we started looking for a home to buy. At first we went with a credit union, and surprisingly they were very impersonal and gave us wrong information. So then we went with with one of the bigger banks. After working with the lender for almost a month, we find out that we were not approved for the original amount he approved us for.
We then found Helen and immediately things got better. We found a house and made the offer. Helen came to our previous residence to walk us through signing the initial loan documents. Throughout the whole escrow process she gave us updates and constantly reminding me of what documents to send over to her. (I get lazy and tend to procrastinate). 45 day escrow was a lot shorter than that, thanks to Helen. She also came to our place again to sign the final loan documents.
Our loan seemed quite complicated but we got through it and we are currently moving into our dream home. We could not do it without her. Me and the GF are forever grateful for her services and when the time comes to purchase a new home or refinance, we will not hesitate to go back to Helen. -

since our purchase of a new home in 2009, we refinanced twice in 2010. meaning, we worked with helen k. three times in a span of little over a year. all three experiences have been exceptionally pleasant and wonderful. thus, five stars!

I've worked with several mortgage brokers in the past and working with Helen Kim at Key West Lending was by far the best experience I've had. She is extremely quick in responding via email and phone, even in the wee hours of the night. I don't think the girl sleeps! And she always makes you feel like her only client, which I know we weren't. She took a personal interest in securing us a great rate, even monitoring it on a daily basis and called us as soon as it hit a level we were comfortable with. Even our realtor who's been in the business for a long time was impressed with Helen's diligence and professionalism. I highly recommend Helen and will definitely be referring her to friends and family.

Helen Kim has been extremely helpful. She is competent and professional. I have referred her to numerous friends and everyone of them has been extremely satisfied with her service. Several times I have had friends who have compared rates and they have always ended up choosing Helen and Key West Lending for their refinance and new purchases. Helen even came to my home numerous times to make sure everything was as convenient as possible.
