I just got my first Keren Creation. My husband bought it for me as a Christmas gift (with my 'encouragement.' ) Buying jewelry from Keren is more than just a shopping trip, it's an experience! Not only does Keren have a distinctive eye for design and color but intuitively knows what will look best on her clients. When I arrived in her cozy showroom, it was more like a spa experience. Keren takes the time to pamper her clients. That's why when you leave you do so with a piece of art, not just a piece of jewelry. After offering me a refreshment, Keren selected a number of her designs that she thought would look best on me, put them on me individually, invited me to share my response to each, and let me satisfy my curiosity by having me try on other pieces in her selection as I wished. My first choice, by far, was also her first choice but she kept that to herself until the end. I can't wait to buy another - as a gift to myself!
As a postscript, I attended an event in San Francisco recently and noticed a woman with a very distinctive necklace. I asked her, "by any chance, are you wearing a Keren to which she replied, YES, how did you know?" It wasn't difficult. I noticed her first but it was the necklace that caught my eye. -

I attended my first Keren trunk show last night at the artist's home. I walked in to a bright, warm space filled with beautiful jewels. The question of where to start was handled well by Keren's friendly and knowledgeable staff, who directed me to a necklace Keren had in mind for me. I kept it on for a while, tried a few other pieces on, and kept coming back to that one piece.
How did she know! That is what makes Keren so special!
Her pieces are truly unique, handmade, one of a kind treasures, and she knows exactly which piece will be most flattering on each woman. I also picked up lovely earrings for my little girls. The prices are really reasonable, especially considering the superb quality of the materials, as well as the personalized attention from the staff and Keren herself. Today I already received countless compliments on my new necklace. I can't wait for the trunk show in my home in December! -

Not knowing what to get my wife for her birthday I ended up getting her a gift certificate from Keren Creations. I had seen Keren's jewelry and knew this would be a good fit. My wife met with Keren and purchased a few pieces of jewelry that she just loves. Keren's pieces are very unique and tasteful. How unique? Well my wife and I were watching the channel 7 news on a Sunday morning when we both looked at the news anchor and realized that she was wearing a Keren Creation necklace. This something I usually don't notice so Keren must be good.
Shopping this year will be easy. -

I've been married for 26 years and have given my wife all kinds of jewelry. I thought I knew what she liked and what style of jewelry to buy. Then comes Keren. Keren has an amazing gift/talent. After meeting my wife she knew exactly what would be best for her to wear and Keren has been spot on! My wife is soooo happy with her Keren's Creations. This makes gift buying so dang easy now - almost too easy. The cost of the jewelry is very reasonable.

I looked enviously at other women who wore her jewelry for a year before I took the plunge. It wasn't as much a financial thing as a "don't know if I can carry that off" thing. She has a good eye and can match your feeling with her art. I started out with one piece and I will not tell how many pieces I now have, even if tortured!

Total success!
When my wife returned from her one-on-one shopping appointment with Keren she was completely glowing. Her new necklace is stunning, even to a guy who is stylistically blind. Not only is the piece beautiful, my wife raved about the experience of meeting with Keren one-on-one. She had a great time selecting her jewelry with Keren's help. she said she really felt like a "woman" and I could tell the experience meant a lot to her.
So. Gentleman. If your looking to Wow the lady in your life I absolutely recommend Keren. You will not be disappointed. -

It is great to support local artists!
Keren is an artist who creates unique and beautiful jewelry. It it obvious that Keren is passionate about what she does and she definitely understands jewels and beads. She is a master at putting together pieces of art that come alive when people wear them.
Keren will tell you that your necklace can be the centerpiece of an outfit ... and for all of us that love to wear black and brown ... she adds a centerpiece that adds life and color to your look. Keren uses your skin tone as a canvas and she adds a splash of her expertise and her style and then you have something special. She custom matches selections for you. Every woman is different... and she has the special talent to zone into what your best colors and styles are.
It is surprising how different a necklace can look on each of us.
For months, I have seen friends of mine wear pieces created by Keren. They receive compliments from me ... and they tell me they receive compliments and comments from several people every time they wear a piece created by Keren. It is true that the necklaces they wear were chosen just for them and they looked very special and fitting just for them.
And ... they go back for more!
Keren helps people share her creations with their friends by helping them host a party at a venue of their choosing. The parties are fun ... a little wine and cheese ... some bubbles ... and then the beads.
Last week, I attended a Keren Creation's Party. I purchased my first Keren Creation and I love it.
While I really do love my necklace, I also love the fact that I am helping to support a local artist. It is great to support local artists! It is great that our local Bay Area artists are fantastic at what they do. Keren is a terrific artist to support since she shares a huge heart and a beautiful smile with every piece of Jewely and art she creates. That helps the world be a better place.

Keren Barukh makes amazing jewelry -- Google her name and see what I mean -- and she hosts jewerly parties at people's homes to show her wares. I love that entrepreneurial spirit!
When I saw her work, I was inspired to treat my wife to one of her fabulous necklaces, and let me tell you, good people, this is a Noteworthy Thing. Not only am I NOT a jewelry shopper by inclination -- fear of exposing my total lack of color coordination, I suspect -- my wife is not normally a big jewelry wearer. She likes small pieces, timid pieces, and Keren's are anything but timid. How to reconcile these issues?
Keren totally helped me solve the dilemma of which piece to choose by offering me a gift certificate that came with a personalized showing for my wife. She took my wife into her home, walked her through an analysis of her coloring (maybe I should try that?), and helped her choose a piece that matched her wardrobe, sense of style, eye color, skin tone, and all that stuff that I couldn't have even begun to consider. Short story, my wife now has a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork to wear around her neck, and (icing on the cake) she knows the artist personally. She loves it!

Im addicted! I was not a jewelry wearer before I met Keren. Very simple jewelry, if that at all. From the first piece I put around my neck, I was transformed. Keren's creations are truly magnificent! Not only is her jewelry a treasure to own, but working with her is a treasure in itself! Her exuberance in doing what she does is electric and her skill in designing her pieces are exceptional! Her pieces really become the "centerpiece" to every outfit and you soon will be choosing outfits based on the necklace you plan to wear that day.
In addition to all the beautiful pieces I have that she has created, I also am privileged to have had her design a necklace surrounding a sentimental piece I inherited from my grandmother. It truly is the most sentimental thing I own and refused to wear it because of the hideous chain it was on. Keren so graciously designed the most stunning and complimentary necklace for me based on this piece! I could not be more grateful and appreciative for her work to connect me back to my grandmother and have her with me everyday that I wear that necklace around my neck. It reminds me that she truly is close to my heart. -

Update in September 2009:
Someone dear to me fell in love with an image on one of Keren's art pendants. If you haven't seen the pendants, they are shrunken versions of her beautiful paintings hung on sterling silver and morphed into very cool jewelry. Unfortunately, the original painting had sold years ago, so I worked with Keren to print a giclee of this same image/painting as a very special gift to this person. I'm fondling my beautiful necklace from Keren as I write this review...the colors are tantalizing shades of aqua blue...ever bite into pomegranate seeds? The beads on this necklace are that luscious, except in this amazing blue...
What's so great about working with Keren is that she truly understands color and shape, and how these can change against a person's skin. Her designs are like art ~ carefully placed beads and pearls draped on the unique canvas of each person wearing one of her pieces. Lovely. -

I was out on a Saturday night with my friend and she asked if I wanted to go to a private trunk show for Keren's jewelry. I like a nice bauble as much as the next girl and I'd had a few drinks so I said I would go. I ended up having a really fun time and, most especially, got to meet Keren and her fab designs. Keren is warm and actually cares about her customers. I liked that she emphasized the experience of the trunk show, not just the buying. I ended up snagging 3 necklaces and am wearing one right now. I already have gotten 4 compliments on it today. In summation, the trunk show was a blast, Keren is a cool chic and her designs are unique and beautiful.

I have been addicted to Keren's gorgeous jewelery for about 4 years now. I own many, many necklaces, and to this day every time I wear each of them, I am stopped by somebody with compliments. I'm even stopped by men, who often know nothing about jewelry but just have to comment on Keren's necklaces. Her pieces are just stunning. What I love the most, though, is that each one is a perfect compliment to my style and my skintone. Keren is an absolute pro at picking out what colors and styles work for different women, and she's been right on every time with me.
Keren is also an absolutely phenomenal artist. I'm not an art connosieur, but I certainly know what I like and her paintings are beautiful and moving. Seriously, you have to see them in person to appreciate them. -

I bought three pieces from Keren last fall -- all distinctive and very flattering. I get complimented EVERY time I wear them, by friends and total strangers.
Interestingly, the necklaces aren't ones that I would have necessarily chosen for myself, but Keren knew exactly what was likely to work, in spite of my preconceived notions.
This was the best money I've spent to show off my body in a long time, and certainly the most intimate, affirming shopping experience. -

Keren is an artist with passion and talent! Not only does she have an eye for making beautiful jewelry, but she has the passion to make sure her customers buy the right pieces to accentuate their look, mood and features.
Just because you like a piece does not mean it looks good on you. You can be sure that when you view Keren's pieces she takes the time to explore color, size and and shapes which are draped around your neck. She helps you select unique pieces that you will not only Love, but will make people notice you.

Keren is a great jewelry designer with a keen sense of color and texture and a true gift for selecting the right necklace for each client. I own several of her necklaces and never fail to receive a compliment when I wear one. I find that putting on a Keren Creations necklace is a bit like wearing your favorite dress - it's easy to wear, stylish, and flattering.

I now own over 20 Keren Creations and just when I think I have a favorite, it is replaced by another beautiful one of a kind necklace. Keren's creativity is such a gift and talent and I am so happy to have found a jeweler like her. My recent favorite is a gold necklace with a gorgeous fuscia stone that I wear almost every weekend. Everytime I wear her necklaces, I feel like a walking piece of art shimmering in beauty. I can't wait for her new line this season!

Her pieces are just stunning! Her inspirations come from life itself; through her travels. She thoughtfully chooses items for her jewelry that have such an essence, and they call out to you. The piece chooses you, you don't choose the piece. What you select is art, and you are the canvas (which is what Keren would say). Thank you for sharing your creations with us!

Keren's jewelry is uniquely beautiful on it's own, but it's the way that Keren expertly helps you find that perfect piece that was meant for you and makes you stand out in a room that makes wearing one of her designs feel so special. I now own two gorgeous pieces and have not worn them without receiving multiple compliments.
Recently, Keren worked with me to design neckalces for my bridal party and they are absolutely stunning. What I wanted was a beautiful necklace that the bridesmaids could wear in the wedding, and that could also be a fabulously funky peice they could continue to wear forever - dressed up or casual. They are even better than I imagined and my bridesmaids could not be happier with the red-jade Keren chose. But my favorite part is my bridal earrings she custom designed for me. They are gorgeous crystal and pearl that just feel so right and perfect for me.
The bottom line is that whoever you are and whatever your style, Keren will help you find your perfect necklace. -

How many necklaces can you have from the same artist? If it's Keren, there are never enough! My daughter and I both collect her pieces. Although I have many pieces of jewelry from other artists, I always go to Kerens pieces to really put a sense of who I am into my outfits and how I face the world each day. Keren "gets" me and her pieces reflect that.

Keren's pieces are so lovely and thoughtfully made. But the coolest part is that Keren works with you individually to make sure the pieces you choose are right for you, your coloring, your style. And she suggests pieces you might not have chosen yourself...but they work. See Keren's work in person so that you meet her and get the whole experience. The photos are nice, but it is so much better in person.

Keren designed the most gorgeous and elegant necklaces for my bridal party. I had told her what I was looking for and she went beyond my expectations and made it happen! They are beautiful! She even made a special one for my sister (MOH) and had one that matches my mom's dress perfectly. I can't wait to give my bridesmaids this special gift and to see all the pictures.

GORGEOUS is the only word for Keren's jewelry. I own five, no, SIX of her necklaces, and each time I put one on I feel like a celebrity, or royalty or something. They're that special. She has an artist's eye, and will dive into her Aladdin's cave for a necklace you might not have even seen, but which turns out to look more spectacular on you than it possibly could on anybody else. Buying a necklace from Keren is a very special, very pampering event. Treat yourself!

I know several people besides myself who are big fans of Keren's work. I was looking around to get an idea of what I like as I think about getting another peice. I really love the peices that are cut like gemstones, but as I was describing them to Keren, and thinking of the women I saw them on, I realized that the reason I was so taken with them is that they are SO PERFECT for the women wearing them, and that was what made them so stunning. So maybe my favorite pieces won't be so stunning on me, but I'm not worried because that's really what's so special about Keren. she has an amazing gift for finding the right necklace for each individual woman, and that's the fun part!

I had a wonderful experience working with Keren. She is a gifted artist and has great people skills. Keren Barukh's artistry comes alive in the jewelry creations she makes.. I saw an article featuring Keren in the "Diablo Magazine" (over 3 yrs. ago now?) and contacted her about having a home party. My frends and I were amazed at the beautiful semi-precious gemstone items displayed and hung the necklace on our arms before another could make a claim..
I have received numerous compliments on the Keren Creations in my jewelry collection and was amazed to see other, different creations that she brought to a party I hosted at my home on November 7th!
If you are interested in an upscale jewelry party with quality items (and at a fraction of the price that they sell for at Bloomingdales's) - call Keren!

I heard about Keren Creations from Yelp and due to the amazing reviews, decided to contact her about buying a necklace for my mom's 60th birthday. Lucky for me (being that it's only days away from my mom's b-day) she was able to meet with me the very next day. Before we met, she told me to bring pictures of my mom so she could help me select the best pieces for her skin tone, eye and hair color, and personal style.
I have to say, the entire experience was amazing. Keren spent a great deal of time helping me find the perfect necklace for my mother. And I was so impressed with her designs, I ended up buying two for my mother and three for myself. And I'm already working on arranging a jewelry party. I'm addicted and am looking forward to turning all of my friends on to her fabulous work. -

I went to a party hosted for Keren's jewelry, and it was wonderful. Her website doesn't do her pieces justice. She has a real gift for being able to look at a person (coloring, features, etc.) and find the right piece(s) for her. It's also important to her that she spend time with each person and give them the fullest extent of her expertise and personal attention. I hope I get to attend another of her parties soon!

I bid for a Keren creation at the Dress for Success gala and met up with Keren several weeks later. Keren designs individual pieces that work with your lifestyle, individual coloring and taste. She suggests items outside out yourcomfort zone and stretches your imagination. I highly recommend Keren and her designs; I have received many compliments on the necklaces I purchased from her and I know that they are one of a kind! I believe that she does some retail business but I would recommend a personal consultantion.

i.ve seen keren's work while i was cleaning her carpets. everything she makes is wu-da- bar. with alittle bantering she has started making mens neckleces. i'm proud 2 say i now own acouple. i have used her services for clients, as well as 4 my wife. Fellows, if you need a gift 4 your girl, mom wife, you can't beat keren's. not if u had a 10ft bat..... she also has a great dog...big MOOSE!!!!

For my birthday, my husband gave me a "Keren Creation": a red beaded necklace with a reduction of one of Keren's paintings as the pendant. It's beautifully proportioned, well designed, and very versatile (with jeans one day, with a gown the next). As someone who makes beaded jewelry himself, it is the highest compliment for him to buy a necklace from someone else. I couldn't be happier with the piece.

I have never had such personlized attention from a jewelry designer ever. Keren helps you pick the best piece that matches your skin tone and she makes anyone feel fabulous. Every piece is unique and she only uses precious stones. All at very reasonable prices. See her and you come out feeling beautiful.
