I bought a shirt today from Kenneth Cole's Awearness line that says "I Have Issues." I love it! Ten bucks from the sale goes to their charitable organization that filters money to causes such as AIDS research, Starlight Starbright Foundation, the Red Cross, Ovarian Cancer Research and so on. Good causes, great shirts. I'm going back for the one with the melting globe that says "Is it me or is it hot in here?" Works well for global warming awareness and an old lady shirt too!

More of a 3.5, but for now, 3 stars b/c I just don't find very much there that is of interest. But I have in the past, and the shopping experience has been good.
I find that the amount of clothing in this store is lacking. There is just not much of a selection to browse through.
Some of the staff is a bit curt, but the majority of the people seem nice... leading me to have good experiences over all.
My most recent shopping experience there:
I got my girlfriend a bag from here, and, as I wanted to find one in perfect condition, one of the staff members went and pulled all the purses of the style from the back and laid them all out. We inspected each one and found the best of the lot. That was nice to do... they went along with what probably seemed compulsive.

they have very nice shoes, belts, shirts & sweaters for men.  pants are a miss if your guy is muscular at all, my bf looked like a stuffed sausage in those narrow pants lol

i love the purses, coats, and casual tops they have for women.  the pants just don't seem to fit properly for some reason.

very enjoyable experience every time i go there.

The people at this store are very friendly.  They are always very helpful and have good customer service though sometimes it can be a challenge to get  someone's attention.   I exchanged some shoes without any hassle.  Usually I dread returning/exchanging anything but this went pretty smoothly.

In terms of clothes, I think the selection here is a little sparse - there's a few racks along the walls, I wish they just had more clothes to look through!  Good range of shoes.

Die die kennethcole.com. I went to try to return something I got from the online store to this location thinking that the packing slip would be enough to return said item.

Only to discover that it isn't! You need your email confirmation. What? Are you kidding me? The manager said that normal people return stuff from the online store by mail back to the online store. Really? Do people do that? I'm not so sure they do. I mean why would I wait for my refund for like a week when I can have instant gratification of getting it right at a store near my house. Can I get a witness?

Besides I'm a serious consumer. I have gotten this online shopping thing down and I have never had issue returning to a store, or having my order messed up so badly as I have had with KC. So the manager sent me home to get my email confirmation. Even though I had managed to make it out there after work, with the packing slip and everything. KC online you suck. Who doesn't put a bar code on the packing slip so that your retail stores can do order management?

While the manager at this branch was very nice in indulging me as I ranted to him. Honestly who doesn't return stuff they bought online to a retail store? He looked at me like it's never happened before. Have you heard? There's this thing they call it the Internet... where you can buy real physical products, and at good stores you can return them to retail locations without the crappy customer experience of having to go home and get an email confirmation. Yo KC get out of the stone-age already.

Kenneth Cole is kenneth cole....I do have to agree with those below that the quality and style needs to be revamped.

My shopping experience in this store has always been pleasant whether I'm purchasing a purse or shoes, or a watch.  I've always had a wonderful experience!

Eh, the quality and style has gone down the tubes here, but I still find basics for work here.  This particular location boasts a lot of square footage, but the sales are lacking because of the heavy traffic.  Stanford and SF have a better selection.

If you like original jackets and coats at a fraction of the designer's price, breeze through this store when you're in the area.

I really like the quality of their leather here, for their handbags, belts, but especially the shoes, they are stylish, comfortable.  Their men's wallets are functional and high quality.  Last season, I got a pair of wrapped boots similar to the coveted Chloe's, and received great adoration.

As a clothing retailer, their price points are really high, to me, they are an overpriced Banana Republic.

A mention about the return policy, it's short and shady, you must return your item with tags and receipt within 30 days of purchase or you'll receive store credit.  Ugh.

Fantastic men's shoes!  Their shirts all vary wildly for cut, and if you have an athletic build, make sure you try on every shirt before you buy it.

Slacks are nice, staff is helpful, but not of the same caliber of AX (which has a totally different vibe & style, I know), but still an overall good shopping experience.

Unlike other shops, I'm not that familiar with the woman's side.  My fiancee (who is younger than me) just doesn't seem to dig their stuff.  It looks nice, but some of it looks a bit matronly.  Perhaps if a woman worked in a low key office with an older crowd?  Not sure, but some of it is still pretty.

Decent and ok collection but I guess the store has changed quite a bit (a turn for the worst?) since it's opening days. Used to carry much nicer clothes and shoes but to-date, the store just doesn't seem to impress.
