Ugh, I freaking love this store! I am addicted to their shoes, purses and jewelry not their cloth so much, but def. their accessory's!! Thank God Parking is hard in downtown or I would be in a lot of trouble. I was just in NYC recently and every freaking corner I turned their was a Kenneth Cole, needless to say I did some serious damage. :(

SHOES: The styles are unique enough to get noticed, but not different enough to make you look crazy. Wide range of casual, dress, and in-between styles. Their watches are also pretty nice.
SERVICE: Ask for Damen (DAH'men). He is quite possibly the most helpfull retail employee in the history of monetary exchange. This dude cares about doing it right.
WHY SHOULD THIS PLACE BE RATED LOWER? The miserable snotty ass corporate attitude. Back in 2005, I walked in and saw a gigantic (like 6ft by 4 ft) sign with huge letters "THE HOMELESS GET EXACTLY WHAT THEY DESERVE". At the bottom in little 8pt font "with every $50 purchase we donate a dollar to local charity" or some BS. Hey corporate marketing dickheads... Not everyone was born with a silver spoon up their ass like you guys. Some people do everything they can to eek out a life in this world and it STILL ain't enough. There's no reason to thumb your nose at 'em while pretending to be charitable. Assholes.

I don't love the clothes for me at Kenneth Cole, but I love their men's section. I took my boyfriend into here the other day and we bought him tons of great stuff. It's nice quality, but not too expensive.

I'm a big Nordstrom's fan so I often end up at Kenneth Cole since it's right next to Nordstrom's. They have really cute clothes, but I never end up buying anything here. You can find all of their stuff in department stores such as Nordstrom's and Bloomingdale's....usually the sale prices are better in the department stores anyway!

I always buy something whenever I go into this store. They have the really cute stuff and the prices are pretty reasonable as well. I tend to buy more work clothes than going out clothes here.

I've come in here on a few occasions when I'm in need of updating my wardrobe and usually find exactly what I need. I'm not a big shopper so I want to be in and out of a store when I do have to shop. Kenneth Cole is crowded, but there always seem to be sales associates available to help. Their clothing is good quality and it's actually affordable too.

I love Kenneth Cole! They have beautiful top quality clothing for both men and women. They have great accessories and their shoes are hot! Prices are reasonable for their quality in clothing. One of my top 10 stores.
My boyfriend can't stop shopping here - he always gets shoes and jackets/coats here. They always look great and last a while, too. But he points out that he can't purchase the pants here because they're meant for a taller type of man :)
The customer service here is great and friendly, too. They're probably used to all the tourists so they don't come across as too salesy or pushy.
you never know if the sales associates here are being too helpful or just annoying. i had tried on 4 dresses here, and in the 20 minutes i was in the store i was asked if i was "doing okay" 6 times.
annoying too cuz when i went to pay for one dress out of the 4 the cashier said my total was "ONLY $89.." implying i didn't spend enough.
as i was leaving another sales lady asked if my purse was really marc jacobs, and if the purse's hardware changed colors after a lot of use. i guess she was trying to get me to say the wrong answer so she could prove it was fake... really annoying.
just because i own a designer bag doesn't mean i don't have to buy a dress that's on sale for "only $89." nor is it true that the cheap dress would prove that my purse is fake. geeze. great clothes though really. for the tall and slim.

I definitely don't have any complaints when my boyfriend buys stuff from here, they've got really trendy menswear and shoes, and from what i hear they are reasonably priced for the quality

Kenneth Cole is clothing and accessories that are made to last! I think the quality is great and you get what you pay for. I love their shoes and clothing! I know a lot of guys that shop here too and love it!
It's funny because I don't love kenneth Cole clothes when I shop at department stores, but I love them everytime I go in this store. I find the best shirts here!
