This is not the most efficient dealer service center.
Kendall Toyota has probably one of the most slowest service centers, this place gets alot of traffic so be prepared to wait for 2 HOURS for basic oil/change/tire-rotation service. And I came on a Monday too!
The waiting area has a screen TV to watch and a bunch of newspapers.
There is no wi-fi here unfortanately.

However, there is supposed to be wi-fi at the Lexus dealership next door but when I asked, it was currently out-of-order.

So I walked a block south on US-1 (short walk) and went to the strip mall that housed a Starbucks and killed time there till I was called to pick up my car. Thus the 3 stars, at least you can hang out at a Starbucks and wait there! I had my laptop so I was happy to be on the Internet while waiting.
FYI: It took me 20minutes for them to fetch my car from the backlot.

I've always had a positive experience at this service department.  I typically go first thing in the morning on Saturdays (before 7:00 am) so the turnaround is usually pretty fast.  The service guys don't pressure me to get unnecessary service like most other dealers.  Free Dunkin' Donuts and coffee will make an early morning appointment bearable.
