He is very enthusiastic and professional, but it his expertise and extensive knowledge of the industry that I feel make him an exceptional real estate professional. He has his client's best interest at heart and I truly feel I'm in good hands.

When my condo sold in Uptown a few years ago, it was one of only eight properties that sold that whole year in Uptown! My experience with Ken was great. I thought he was very professional and that he really knew his stuff. I really don't think I could've sold my condo without his assitance in such a tough real estate market. I relied on him and his great expertise to get my condo sold and at top dollar. I have recommended Ken many times over to my family and friends.
I have to say, Mr Ken Dooley has been nothing but professional and smart throughout the entire process. His attention to detail, marketing skills at gaining foot traffic and moving property is second to none. His knowledge of the market and pricing was a great help in a down market. He brought us up to his level of thinking and we thank him for that. We would highly recommend Mr. Dooley for any buying or selling activity in the Chicago market. His new firm is well balanced and has a remarkable track record in the Real Estate and trust of Chicago.
Recently, my brother-in-law was visiting for the weekend and said he would be interested in purchasing property in Chicago. Knowing many people who have worked with and highly recommend Ken Dooley, I immediately contacted Ken on that Friday evening to see if he would have any time during the weekend to take us around and show us a couple of condos. Even with the last minute request for his time, without hesitation Ken said, no problem. I'm sure he was already busy, but since he is so resourceful, he organized 10 showings for us between Saturday and Sunday and accommodated our tight schedule. With the few details we gave Ken to work with, the next morning he came prepared with all the listings, comps and managed to show us the very best options in the area and price range we wanted. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism, his attention to detail and know that Ken really cares about matching his clients up with the right place. He went above and beyond to work with us during a busy weekend which we really appreciated. Ken Dooley is an expert, knowledgeable and professional realtor and I would highly recommend working with him whether you are looking to buy or sell!
Ken Dooley is currently a broker with Conlon Real Estate in Chicago. We would advise caution when working with Mr. Dooley. We hired Mr. Dooley to sell our Chicago property in 2009 and were highly dissatisfied with his services. In particular, we found that he did not market the property effectively (including few open houses). Perhaps more importantly, we were uncomfortable with his level of compliance with the terms of our contract with him. When we finally terminated his contract, he refused to remove the MLS listing and despite complaints to him and his superior at Conlon, it took weeks for him to take our property off his website. As I value honesty, I would not recommend working with Mr. Dooley. Of course, these are all just based on my individual experiences with him, but when selling or buying property it is important that you trust your broker and can rely on them to do their job well.
