I was so impressed with the service provided by the ladies of Keep It Clean with Raylene. I am very particular person about cleaning and was unsure about having a cleaning company. However, I am so glad I found KIC w/ Raylene. They were able to fit me in immediately and the price is absolutely reasonable. Dealing with their office manager is a delight. She is very professional and friendly. In a society where customer is disappearing, Keep It Clean excels in it. I have been recommending them to everyone I know.

My husband and I recently moved to Philadelphia and were looking for a cleaning service to use. I had used another cleaning service a few months ago and wasn't happy with the thoroughness of the cleaning, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I called Keep it Clean with Raylene. Mindy answered the phone and was very professional. She answered all of my questions and was very easy to talk to. She also called me the day before the appointment to confirm, which I appreciated.
On the day of the cleaning, the two women showed up right on time. They were extremely thorough and professional. I also liked the fact that they asked me if I had particular areas of the house that I wanted them to focus on. They also asked me if it was ok if they touched certain religious idols, which I thought was very considerate.
Our house is now pretty spotless, and my husband and I are very pleased with the job that they did. I also appreciated the fact that Mindy called me after the cleaning to follow up and make sure that I was happy. I have utilized several cleaning services over the last several years and this is the first time I have received a follow up call.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a thorough cleaning. Note that they ask for cash on their first visit (which I forgot about). -

So I've been skeptical of home cleaning companies but did my research and chose Keep It Clean with Raylene based on reviews. I needed someone to come in a clean b/c I was super busy this month and last month and my mom was coming from out of town. I called and was happily surprised by a peppy voice on the other end of the line. She gave me all of the info and answered all of my questions. Although they don't work on the weekends, they do use three people each time. The price was right and the day before my cleaning the office called to confirm and tell me that although they usually have three cleaners, I would only be getting two BUT they would give me a 1/2 hour for free every hour which I was OK with. The day of the cleaning the team (team 4!) was 5 minutes early and took three hours to clean about 1,200 square feet of my house. They cleaned all of the ceiling fans, ceiling corners, under all of the furniture, all of the surfaces, my toaster oven!, mopped the floors, did the dishes, scrubbed everything in the bathroom, and cleaned the blinds (and lots of other stuff that you'd expect). The whole time, the two cleaners worked hard and didn't do a lot of talking to me or one another and I was able to go about my morning without disruption. They asked questions when they had them and they encouraged me to look over their work so they could get everything right. I did ask them to redo something and they did and it was great! I also want to mention that I have a 25 lb dog who loves, loves, loves people and the cleaners were great with him. They threw his toy when he nudged it near them and they talked to him in puppy talk when he sat in their way. My mom was there for the cleaning too and gave it her seal of approval (important right?). I would have preferred to have them come on the weekend but despite that, they did a great job and I will definitely have them come back. They do give a discount if you schedule for bi-weekly cleanings but I'm not sure that I need that but I will ask them back once a season.

Professional, meticulous and very nice! They cleaned everything to perfection (including the toaster oven). I was very impressed with the overall service - both the owner (Raylene) returned my calls promptly when trying to schedule an appointment and the women arrived on time just as promised.
I can't wait to have them return! -

My husband and I use Keep It Clean on several of our properties and have nothing but great results. Renters are not always the cleanliest but Rayleen's team has always made the properties look fresh and clean no matter how nasty the house and bathrooms were. As other reviewers have stated you do get a better deal maintaining a regular cleaning schedule.

We love Raylene and Mindy! We have been using their cleaning service for at least 12 years now... wow! Very few complaints and when we do have an issue, they are VERY responsive. They do a great job with little turnover and we feel fine having them in our house cleaning when we are not home - a real plus!

Just as a point of reference, I try not to give out five stars just because there might be something better and/or cheaper. I'm like an Olympic gymnastics judge. I did not deduct a start for any particular reason.
With that out of the way, I would say that my wife and I were happy with Raylene from start to finish. Customer service in scheduling and understanding our needs (we tried to schedule on short notice) were fantastic and the actually cleaning was thorough. Difficult to reach areas were addressed and each room looked substantially cleaner. We just moved in and did a lot of remodeling so we were also pleased that there were no nicks, scuffs or other minor damage. I will certainly not hesitate to use this service again and I would recommend them.
We had a two hour engagement, for approximately 1,800 sq ft with two women that cost us approximately $150. I thought it was a fair price but I could not tell you if this is above or below comparables. -
