These guys know what they're talking about. It's rare to find phone dealers who just give you the straight answer and reasonable options. Most of the time, other places just want you to buy the most expensive plan and the nicest phone, but these guys consider your actual needs and offer suggestions of ones that would fit.
And its understandable when they don't have the stock available as do most stores like for the HTC Incredible, since its such a popular item, but when I'm ready to upgrade, I'll come back to them. -

If I could yelp no stars, I would. The absolute WORST customer service. They take no ownership for their products. I had an iPhone plan issue, and they tried to send me to Apple to deal with the problem rather than actual Verizon.
They are not a Verizon store, but a supplier. Meaning, they won't take any questions or concerns about your phone, plan, etc and handle them.
I cannot think of a worse place I have been in San Francisco - the workers were rude, not helpful and not knowledgeable about the products. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. -

Excellent customer service! I refuse to go anywhere else for any of my Verizon needs.
At Keep In Touch Wireless, everyone is incredibly friendly. When I was looking for a new phone, they really took the time to understand what I wanted out of a phone and what Verizon services/plans would best suit my needs. I felt like I was really being taken care of and getting all the information I needed (unlike at so many other Verizon stores where the salespeople impatiently pressure you to hurry and buy so they can get onto the next sale ASAP!). Once I made my choice, they made the paperwork, activation, etc. a breeze, and I was on my way home with a brand new phone (which still receives many "wow"'s from my friends) in almost no time at all!
Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient--usually hard to find all in one place, but Keep In Touch Wireless manages to have it all!

Much smaller location than the Chestnut spot but how big does a cell store need to be? They now have dummy phones too. Can you hear me now? Not!
They're not very busy. I guess people don't know they're there and there was no signage directing them here. -

The store is small, but they have what you need - without the ridiculous lines. I needed an ear piece that was out of stock, they told me exactly when it would be in, I came back for it - it was there, they were so helpful and nice. Very accommodating. I also had gotten sand in my phone, they gave me some helpful tips to try - honesty - before I go and buy a new one. I really appreciated the honest advice. I will definitely go there for my next phone.
Hung and Gus helped me.
Parking wasn't too bad even though it was mid afternoon.
I had a very pleasant experience there. -

Wanted to change from ATT to Verizon because of the bad voice quality and dropped calls with ATT. They're very friendly at this store. He recommended me a Blackberry Storm and said if I didn't like it or Verizon, I could return the phone and/or cancel the subscription within one month. So I kept my old ATT phone and number, but after one month, I decided I wanted a regular blackberry. No questions asked, just good service and a new phone. Moving my number was super easy, so now I can actually take business calls on my mobile phone. The voice quality IS better..

If you want personalized service from start to finish then you need to visit this store. The owner, Hung, helped me himself and was more than helpful. Although I didn't buy a phone there, Hung was more helpful than any other Verizon dealership I have frequented. He helped download my information from one broken cell to another and although it took over an hour (my cell phone had no battery) he was still as helpful as ever. Hung took the extra step to make sure I was a happy customer. I am more than happy and grateful for his help and his great customer service.
