HORRIBLE establishment, PERIOD! If a business ever deserved negative stars, this would be the appropriate time.
We wanted to use a florist nearby our Mom to send her a birthday bouquet. I found Kathy's Floral Online ordering system, paid with credit card and chose a delivery date AND PRINTED OUT MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND ORDER.
Three days later, I call my mom at 3PM to wish her a great birthday and ask about her flowers. I felt like a total idiot when she confusingly inquired "What flowers?"
Confused, I call the Fremont store and speak directly with Kathy. Kathy's refusal to take responsibility for her business' error without apology nor attempt to offer any other kind of solution and service was atrocious. Even after tracking down my confirmation order and confirmation of charge to my credit card, she still did not offer any apology and was especially rude on the phone. She acted as if it was her mother missing the flowers and I was the florist.
Her lack of professionalism and customer service is tacky.
