    AMAZING.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Today I made an appointment to get an estimate to repaint practically two dozen different scratches on the front and back bumpers after 10 years of parking my Honda Civic on the street. Regina helped me right away and said, "to be frank, we are happy to help you, but we think you should just touch it up. Let us look up your car paint color, make a batch of paint that matches your Civic, and touch in up for you." I then waited for 15 minutes while they worked at lightning speed to mix the paint and touch up the car. Their urgency to help me was incredible.

So I said, "Regina, incredible. The car looks great. How much do I owe you?" She REFUSED to take the $40 in my hand. I went over to tip the gentleman instead who did the work and she sid "there's no need, truly we won't accept anything." Then she handed me the custom paint that matched my car and said "just keep this paint and next time you get a scratch come back and we'll touch it up for you again."

Regina, you have a customer for life in me. I will bring Karry's all my body work needs going forward. My brother's car needs work after being rear ended and I can assure you that I've already called him to recommend Karry's!

I sort of struggled with what to rate Karry's and think I came to a fair conclusion.

My car was hit and I was referred to Karry's. There was pretty much all the damage was the suspension, and no body work, so they used another shop (Not sure which) to repair the suspension damage.

When I picked my car up, on the way to getting gas I noticed a big problem, called and asked if I could bring it back, and returned to them because this car was clearly not driving correctly. I took the car back and it took another week to fix.

I'm not a huge car person, I only drive mine once a week if that. But the issue was immediately noticeable to me when driving, and I would think that they would have caught it, after all when i called about bringing it back I was told the other garage, and they tested it, and when the guy drove with me he noticed it right away.

While I have a lot of faith in their work, I can't help but fell uneasy about driving.

    So to summarize:
The Good: Awesome staff, great job keeping me in the loop.

The bad: Quality control over their work let something pretty major, and obvious enough that I noticed it slip through.

If i dealt with only Karry's I'm sure it would have been 5-star, and vice versa if I dealt with only the other shop it would have been 1 star. Since Karry's selected this other shop I'm gonna combine the two.

Great service is more important than stars.

So I'm the first one to review for year 2012. Well, lemme teeeeeeeeeell you something, alright. Last year, November 2011, my G coupe got rear ended on the driver's side. Wasted no time, I searched at least 7 body shops to get an estimate cost to fix for the damage. Found Karry's Collision Center over yelp and read the positive reviews. So, without wasting too much time, I set up an appointment with Regina. Not only I got a quote, she provided me some alternatives on how to save some $$$ and gave me a good deal for being a new customer. Within 10 minutes, I got an instant quote. The price is almost the same as the other body shops that I searched but what separates KCC from others is their attention to detail, quick customer service, professional demeanor and friendliness. Regina, aka wonder lady, contacted me on few occasions to let me know the status of my baby G. She even went over board on some of the details and options to fix in my car. She told me it may take a week to more than a week depending on the assessed damage once they open up the left fender. Fortunately, there was no major damage and only took a week. Within a week, I got my car back in very good condition. As a new customer, I'm very satisfied and happy for the great job they did to my G. I know I made the right decision when I pick Karry's Collision Center. So, if you're looking for a body shop, don't settle for less. Make the right choice. KCC fixes and delivers it right. There are few good reasons why the business is still operating. I'll surely be back in the future.

I like the people over there -- they do good things because they want to do them and at a fair price, not because they are trying to get more money out of you.  They definitely have decent prices for SoMA and they are straight up with you.  I had some minor issue that they helped me resolve in an extremely satisfactory manner.  Thanks Virginia!

Wow, I was very impressed with the quality of work and Regina's honesty and professionalism.  She squeezed me in on a Thursday to get a three foot scratch on my car's rocker panel painted.  I got my car back the next day and it was cleaned on the inside and washed on the outside, even the rims were washed.  The price was only $200 too, which is very reasonable.

Sadly, the past year was not kind to my beloved Lexo.  Driving or parked, for some reason it was an accident magnet.  The worst was someone slammed into me while running a red light on their way to a Giants game and pretty much made my car undriveable.  I wish I knew about Karry's when that accident happened.  I ended up at some other body shop that the tow truck driver recommended.  How was that experience?  I'm still dealing with the aftermath a year later.

Fast forward to the present and the desire to get an irritating dent fixed.  A little review reading on Yelp and a price comparison with that other body shop (which coincidentally is a few blocks away from Karry's) and the decision was easy.

The people at Karry's are very easy to deal with.  They understood the inconvenience of not having a car and finished the job a day earlier than promised.  They washed and waxed my car, and even vacuumed the inside.  On top of all that, they hammered out another minor ding in the bumper that was only asked about and not in the work contract at all.  That right there is going the extra mile.

The 5-star reviews on Yelp are absolutely well-deserved.  If, knock on wood, you ever end up needing body work on your automobile, I'd suggest Karry's Collision Center, hands down.

It's not Karry's needs another five star review, but I'm so impressed, I just have to write another.

When I was backing up, I heard a dreaded tap on the driver's side rear view mirror. First thought was: Duct tape. Fortunately, it was a minor crack. I wasted my time calling the dealership where I bought the car since they gave me a discount certificate for autobody work (not a good omen). I was on hold for a very long time and then transferred to the wrong department. I called back and found out the hours they were opened were the same hours I worked. How convenient, for them, but not for me.  So, I did a Yelp search and found Karry's.

I took my car in near closing time and Regina assessed the damage in minutes. She called me the next day to tell me the part I needed was in and I came back the next evening and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes all at a surprisingly reasonable price. A body shop is the last place anyone wants to visit, but if you have to visit one, Karry's is the best.

Karry's rocks. My stepfather recommended Karry's to me for my 20 year old dtr who had just had her first car accident. I wanted her to be able to deal with the logistics of the car repair on her own. Regina was awesome - was very helpful, even getting my dtr a ride to class after she dropped off the car for repair. Car came back beautiful, a day ahead of schedule and cleaner than I have seen it in awhile. Professional work from a local business - one of the things I love about San Francisco!!

I had repairs for a front end collision done here about a year ago and was very pleased with the service. I did not have anything additional to add to the many 5 star reviews that this place already had.

However, I ended up having to go back in today because my oil change guy could not get the hood open (where the majority of the work was done). I did not know if it was accident related but made sense to ask Karry. He had me come in and his guys worked on it and I was out in about 45 minutes.

This is impressive to me because I know many have had not such a good follow up experience with repair work done by their car person.

    Kudos to this great shop.

Lucky me that I received excellent service from Karry's----again! I was rear-ended on my way to work and knew exactly who to call. Let me tell you, this second time was just as impressive as the first. I dropped off my car, with the insurance check, on a Monday and had my car back by Friday. They didn't go a cent over the insurance estimate even though they could have. I found out that Allstate, the other driver's insurance, had only covered the middle panel of my bumper being replaced, not the whole bumper. I mean, for God's sake, the whole bumper was hanging off of my car's frame! But Karry's didn't let this stupid order stop them. They were able to replace my bumper with a shiny new one at the same cost. Once again, Karry's went above and beyond to make sure my car was as good as new.

Long story short: GO TO KARRY'S. It's well worth it. Really. I can't say enough good things about them.

Now I wonder if I should go back to ask if I can get them to paint the miscellaneous dents and scratches I have on my car from simply driving/parking in San Francisco ...

This place is awesome!! You can't get customer service like what they offer anywhere else..

We recently just got into a car accident and the front of my car was wrecked - it's not even drive-able as the radiator fluids were gushing out!! This is the car I used for work and my job requires me to drive around the city 90% of the time so I'm screwed without it. The car got towed directly to their shop right after the incident and well about after 5 business days the car was fixed looking like it just came out of the dealership!!! They did a superb job!!

For the record, my hubby and I called everyday (while the car was still in the shop) to get a status of the repair and every single time we call there is always someone picking up the phone (Regina) and giving us info about our car.

Their pricing is also very competitive and they even gave a lifetime warranty for all the repairs they did!!!

I never liked auto shops until we found out about this place!! Shout out to David (tow truck guy) who referred us to this place!!!! We know where to go next time we have car troubles..

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! TWO THUMBS UP!!!

I recently hit a pole while parking; yes I'm an idiot.  My car is an older model  (2005), so I figured I'd live with the damage although it was very annoying to see scraped up passenger side with broken moldings.

Shortly thereafter, I was hit by a Mexican day worker with no insurance, no driver's license, an old car, etc.  Wasn't really sure what to do in that situation, they knocked my front license plate frame and broke the bracket and scraped the front bumper.  Decided to pay it forward and not report it.

Fast forward 1 month and I have a fix it ticket for no front license plate.  Guess that's what I get for paying it forward.

Decided to look on Yelp and research auto body shops and took my car for estimates into 3 different 4-5 star places.  The folks at Karry were amazing, they were super friendly and were trying to find the best solution to fix the front and side panels.  I was also paying out of pocket so were extremely mindful of how to best balance the cost with the end result.

The other two places wanted to blend multiple panels, which is not cheap on an M3.

Can't emphasize how great this place is.

I'm way overdue writing this review for Karry, but heck, you're looking at a listing with over 200 five-star reviews so I'm not sure there is much I can add.

At Karry's Auto Body Center you can count on top-notch customer service, fair prices and the highest quality body work. Karry was able to "undo" the accidental damage I did to my brand-new Subaru WRX and the finished product was even able to fool my detailer. If you're in need of body work in San Francisco you need look no further--call Karry!

My office is a few blocks away from Karry's Collision and I drive by the shop every morning.  I used to go to another body shop in SF and their service and quality had plummeted the last few years.  I knew I would have a difficult time finding another body shop I could trust had I gotten into another accident.

It happened.  I was rear ended by a driver who admitted she was texting.  So what do I do?  I decided to give Karry's a shot since I always see a lot of cars being repaired there.  The number of cars and customers is evident that Karry's IS the place to take your car.

My car was repaired in a week and the work and quality was sinply amazing.  My car looked new again.  Everyone at Karry's was very professional and awesome to work with.  Karry and Regina were great.  They both took care of me.  I was able to meet some of the guys who worked on my car.  Very good guys.

I highly recommend Karry's and they've earned my business for many, many years to come.  I've already shared my experience and told my family/relatives about Karry's.

My ailing MINI after driving around San Francisco for 3 years had encountered three accidents. Two incidents involved it being hit while the car was parallel parked on the street, and one incident when it was hit by an inattentive driver. So many occasions such as these has gotten me down because the "cuteness" factor of my MINI was driven heavily down.

Fortunately, Karry's Collision Center exist and they were able to repair my car to good as new. I felt that Karry and Regina were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. In a tough situation such as this, it was pleasant to be greeted with such great costumer service. The cherry on top was getting my car back and having it look better than ever. MINI auto body repairs do really well here!

    Thanks Karry and Regina!

What do you do when you scrape your front bumper trying to parallel park, and then get hit by a taxi trying to pull out from the spot? You should probably take public transportation...But if that is not an option - you go to Karry and ask him to do his magic. And magic he does. Few days in the shop, VERY reasonable and honest rates, and the car looks absolutely brand new. Amazing. He even touched up few dings that were not part of the original estimate. And the staff is very polite and on top of their stuff.

P.S. This was my 3rd time leaving the car with Karry's and each time they did absolutely spectacular job. And as you can tell by his 5 star rating - he IS as good as it gets.

I live in the City, I realize that there is a high probability that my car is going to get sideswiped on a city street one day.  But did it have to be done by my girlfriend?

So my girlfriend's giant truck bumped my tiny Honda Civic and left a giant dent and tore off the mirror.  In comes Karry's Auto Body to save the day and our relationship!  Regina definitely worked with us to keep costs down and was clear about what needed to be done and what could be scrimped on.

Service was fast and accurate... and there were no (well, minimum!) tears when the bill was presented.  My car door looks better than new (seriously, I had the same thing happen before and the door was never quite right, I think they fixed things from that damage as well!) and my relationship is still going strong.

I would recommend these folks to anyone!

First of all, Let me tell you that I'm a very picky person when it comes to getting my cars worked on. I can honestly say that I found Karry's Auto Body Center to be one of the best!!!!
We took our 03 Mercedes SL-500 to have some paint work done and when I received it back in 4 days, It turned out better then I anticipated. The staff are all very polite, Karry has stepped up his already awsome Customer Service to another level by adding a very professional and knowledgeable member to his team, Regina is AWSOME!!!!

Two days after we had the paint done, I messed up the front bumper cover and the AMG kit in a minor accident, I immediately called Karry, He was very concerned about us and told me he will take care of our car and put it back together like new.
Again when we picked up my car, Karry and Regina made sure that our car was Perfect!!!! I will continue to use Karry for all my auto body needs, I HIGHLY recommend Karry, THANK YOU TEAM KARRY!!!! :)

So here's the deal. Most of the time yelp reviews are fairly reliable. There are always gonna be haters and flukes. So I found a few bad reviews here but figured there were enough good ones that I'm probably good to go. Here is one of those yelp services where you might wanna take a few of the bad reviews into consideration.

I'm not hatin'. The customer service at Karry's is 5 stars. Organized, hassle-free, reasonable and honest prices. Good people.

Yes you get your car back fast. They are always bustling when I'm there. Could it be that they take more business than they could handle because of their rockin' yelp reviews? I'm not sure. I'm not sure if they actually took their time with my car if they would have done a better job or if that's the best they could do.

Their work is sub-standard. And I'm not some car-obsessed Car and Driver subscriber or TopGear watcher. I'm just a girl-next-door who just thinks of a car as 4wheels that gets me places. And I could tell they did bad work without even trying to look very hard.

Granted I told them I wasn't happy with it and they work on the car some more without giving me any grief. It's still a hassle and a bit appalling that they would deliver the car so poorly finished in the first place. The second time around the work was not great but at least acceptable.

In a nutshell. If you need a quick and cheap fix, sure why not. If you need major work done, especially if another party or insurance is paying for it, go somewhere else. If you're a perfectionist... RUN far far away.

Finding a good, honest body repair shop is like trying to find a Playboy subscriber who subscribes only to read the fascinating articles. They may claim that they are engrossed in the article on the top ten ways to find happiness within your relationship, but you can bet that their eyes are sneaking in peeks of airbrushed boobs. It has become so commonplace that I just assume that I'm going to get ripped off in some way or another when I go to auto repair shops, just like I assume I'm going to get painful diarrhea after eating chicken tikka masala. It's just the way life is.

But there are rare moments when you have an experience that completely flips your world upside-down. Karry's Auto Body Center was such an experience.

I found Karry on Yelp (like most people) and I went on a Saturday morning to hopefully get my back bumper fixed. He was a busy man -- running around here and there, attending to each customer like a father trying to tend to each of his toddlers chaotically scurrying around the playground. It's as if he wants to make sure that every customer receives his personal attention. This is truly Karry's shop -- it's not Karry & Associates, it's not Karry & Friends -- when you go, you are taken care of by Karry himself.

Although he was busy, he quickly examined my bumper and said: "Oh, that's easy -- it'll take about 5-10 minutes." Judging by the long queue of customers, I was planning on being there for at least 2 hours; but after a few minutes, he came back with my keys and said "There you go. All fixed, man!" I pulled out my wallet and he exclaimed "No no no! There's absolutely no need. It was easy and it barely cost anything to fix." Taken aback, I insisted that he at least take $20 for his service, but he wouldn't accept it whatsoever.

I left feeling a bit guilty, but then I gained a sense of solace knowing that there exists an auto shop owner who is not all just about the money. I'm sure he figured that by hooking me up this time, he'll have made a customer for life -- he could not have been more right. His customer service, great attitude, and honesty has given me a brand-new perspective on body shops. I'll probably never confirm this perspective with other shops though, because if I have any issues with my car in the future, Karry is the only one I'm going to visit.

If Karry says he's reading it for the articles, then you better damn well believe he loves those articles.

After reading all the 5-star reviews of this place, I thought I'd take my car here for a body work after a minor collision. I was dealing with the insurance, and let me tell you, I'd hardly expected such a frustrating experience. I mean, I knew it could take a week, maybe 2, but nothing prepared me for a whole month without my car!

Granted, a lot of the delay was blamed on my insurance company... and maybe part of it is true, but basically, it all came down to an inaccurate estimate, with consecutive approvals and pre-approvals and poor communication between Karry and the insurance company.

The end result was just so-so. I am not 100% convinced the bumper fits exactly like it did before, but I am certainly convinced it did not have to take that long.

This was the second time I went to Karry. I first took my BMW there when a U-Haul truck was backed into my 3-series sedan. He fixed me up good as new and jumped through the hoops with the insurance company to get the job done in a few days.

This time someone rear ended my girlfriend's Acura RDX and it was in need of some bumper repair. Karry again was the most reasonable quote and also cut the girl (who hit her) a break by cutting the rate on labor because she was paying in cash. I took the car in Monday morning, and it was finished Tuesday night (no joke). The work was impeccable, and the paint match was exact.

I am definitely someone who babies their cars and has a high attention to detail when working on my car. I was thoroughly impressed with the work and the warranty on both jobs Karry did for me. In addition, he is a true professional. Accurate quotes, appropriate expectations, and delivers on time. I wish more businesses ran this way.

I stopped in for an estimate to get some minor damage repaired on the side of my car (paint scratched off above the wheel well). Karry gave me an estimate but then got a rag and wiped down the scratch and said that he thought it would be best to just touch it up (it was small but its a new/used car for us). He not only touched it up for free but he gave me the remainder of the bottle of touch-up he used.
I came to him because he came HIGHLY recommended by a friend who had major work that needed to be done and had a good experience with him as well.
I didn't have major work done, but I do appreciate good customer service and honesty. I will be back for any body work I need done in the future. (hopefully that's not too soon!)
    :-)

Although I'm a bit suspicious of any place with so many 5 star reviews, I decided to try this place out.  The Yelp reviews didn't fail me :)

I got side swiped by a car changing lanes into me.  I brought it here, they looked at my insurance's adjustor's quote and said it was missing a few things but they'd take care of it.  I came back a week later, and my car looked seriously as good as new.  It was one of the most painless repair experiences I've ever had.  Karry has my business from now on.

I've had body work done here twice, and have had a great experience each time.

Actual costs and repair times were spot on with the estimate. The work was excellent, and you would never know from looking at my car that any work had been done. Paint matching was perfect, and there was no over spray. Months later, and the paint is still perfect - no orange peel. They took care of some minor touch ups on the rear bumper for free when the other work was done, and they gave me some extra touch up paint so I could take care of those on my own in the future.

In addition to getting body work done, you can also bring your wheels here to get resurfaced. They contract this out, so the wheels get picked up and dropped back off at their shop. It's really convenient to have this taken care of at the same time as you're having other repairs done, and can be a lot cheaper than buying replacement wheels.

I have a mini story to tell: Every Thursday night I go over to Jule's place and we watch Jersey Shore.  I know, it's trashy TV, but there's so. much. DRAMA!!  Anyway, on one such night while I was busy watching these people and thinking to myself, "do people like this really exist?!", SOMEONE rammed into my car.  And no, they did not bother leaving a note.

Ah yes, my confidence and trust in people can only go up from here...

    Enter Karry's Auto Body Center.

Karry returned my car in excellent condition - the bumper is shiny, looks brand new, and I no longer have to drive around embarrassed.  Did I mention you get a free estimate?  Oh, and I got my car back in just about no time at all.

Excellent service.  Excellent work.  Would highly recommend!

It was a sad, sad day, when I walked out of Safeway last week to find the front of my car the tragedy of a hit and run :(

Thankfully I came across Karry's on Yelp, and drove there the next day for an estimate. I compared 3 different top reviewed body work shops, and Karry's provided the cheapest estimate. Got my car back this morning, and she is put back together beautifully, and alot cleaner which was a nice surprise :) I will happily head back to Karry's next time an inconsiderate, irresponsible SF driver comes across my car!

There is a reason why Karry's has such excellent reviews - Kerry and his staff are both professional and get the job done.  The prices are reasonable and the quality of the repairs cannot be beat.  My Prius needed some work done after an accident and based on the great reviews on Yelp I knew exactly where I needed to go.

Kerry personally called and updated me with every issue that came up and returned my car in perfect shape.  He took the time to explain all of the repairs and his staff washed my car before it was returned to me.  This is a great body shop that I would recommend without hesitation.

If it's possible for a body shop to be pleasurable, then this place is a total pleasure. Karry and Regina are friendly and have impeccable integrity and do quality work. I had the misfortune of scraping one side of my beloved Baby Benz on the garage door on a Saturday morning and loved that they were open on Saturday to give me an estimate. Sadly I scraped the other side on Tuesday and was back for a new estimate. Both times I was in and out within 10 minutes, was given straight answers and thus didn't even bother to get additional estimates. Work was completely exactly on the day it was promised. I have no hesitation whatsoever about recommending this place.

Karry is THE man!  Some loser recently keyed the hood of my Audi; and I went to several shops for estimates.  The Audi shop quoted a price that was 3 times the price that Karry charged and they had an attitude about it.

Everything about Karry's shop was simple and professional.  I suck at parallel parking (I know, I know) and they actually noticed I was having trouble when I came in for an estimate.  They parked the car for me and they didn't even laugh or make a snide comment about it.

Karry's quote was totally reasonable ($500) to fix the hood.  I dropped off my car and two days later picked it up.  I was extremely delighted.  Not only was the hood like new, but they had fixed all the little dents on the back bumper that are inevitable when you park on the street in SF.  And they even cleaned my car...I don't think it's been that clean since I bought it two years ago.  And I'm a total neat freak who gets my car washed at least every other week.

If you need excellent service at an affordable price, you can't go wrong at Karry's.

Karry is straight-forward, honest and will always get you the best price on auto repairs.   He is deservedly busy as he often charges 1/2 of other competitors (even in the Sunset) but still delivers better quality work than anyone else.

He's fast (often delivering before promised) and will offer better rates for cash deals and will work with the most common insurance carriers.  So, if you happen to have the misfortune of requiring body work, take your car here.

Tip: you can park in the yellow zone in front of the shop, but make sure you tell him otherwise you risk a parking ticket.

    Update:

I went back to Karry's to pick up a part, and he noticed a cosmetic issue involving the liner around my door frame. "Do you have a few minutes?" he asked. And a few minutes later, thanks to Karry and his team, my liner is as adhered to the ceiling as the day I bought the damn thing.

Seriously - these guys do service right. 100% go here for your auto body needs or risk being very sad.

Several months ago someone pulling out of a parking space hit my rear bumper. Their paint was on my car and it was scratched pretty bad. I went to get a quote from another auto body place and was quoted $275. The place I got the quote from was busy and it seemed like a good price.

I then thought I would get an estimate at the highest rated autobody place which happens to be Karry's. I go in without an appointment and was told by a tatted guy that Karry just stepped out. I guess Karry does all the estimates himself. I wait for a couple of minutes and Karry shows up. I show him the car and guess how much he quoted me? Zero. Zip. Nada.

Karry informs me that I got a paint transfer. He then goes into his shop and takes out some paint remover and wipes the "scratches" from my car's bumper. The other guys who won't be mentioned, was going to charge me $250 for wiping down my bumper.

Karry doesn't ask for payment and I tell him that "no wonder you guys are rated #1 on yelp". What an honest dude.

Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a repputable place, backed up by 5 Star reviews you should check this place out. THANKS KARRY!

Karry and his staff were very friendly, and professional. This was my first time going thru this body shop and, I was very impressed on how fast the turn around time was from when I dropped off my car until it was done.  Karry estimated that once he got all the parts he ordered for my 2010 Prius that it would take about 2 weeks for him to finish, but after a week I got a phone call from Karry letting me know that my car would be ready for pick up the next day!
I highly recommend to use this body shop if you are unfortunate and get into accident .
    THANKS GUYS!

This is not a place for me. Karry seems to be a nice person, but the job they do is below standard. I have no idea how can other people are happy with their service.

    Positives:
    - A repaired wheel was like a new!

    Negatives:
    - Cheap replacement body part don't really align with the other parts of the body.
    - they left a laser blade in my car
    - they left sanding dusts

    Over all,

The time they took to repair my car was not fast but usual. Quality of the workmanship they provided was below standard. Communication was bad. I had to call them up everytime to know what was going on.

It is probably a good place to do a quick repair on a old beater with your out of pocket money, but it is not a place to take your favorite car. They just don't provide a quality service.

If you are interested, I wrote up a full review on my blog with pictures:

    http://thingsthatihave...

    Two stars...

UPDATE: I didn't write this review for free stuff, but they told me that they would like to work on it again, so left my car there again. Let see how it turns out.

    UPDATE:

I was so happy to see my car coming back from Karry's yesterday close to what it should look like and I so wanted to stay that way, but when I looked into the details, they surprised me.

It actually came back damaged in other places where nothing was wrong.

I saw a fairly large dent and tiny kinks which I have never seen before on body panels.

    http://tinyurl.com/249...  http://tinyurl.com/25t...  http://tinyurl.com/23v...

It seems when they try to align body panels, they used something like a flat head and sticking it in to a parting line and lift one side up, but it caused the other side to sunk in and the action also made bar like lines and tiny kinks on the panels.

Mind you, no real professional do this kind of job on auto bodies.

I also saw patchy clear coat shots (hope its not cutting clear) on the body to cover up some scratches they made where I can clearly see orange peals....(I will try to wet sand them to see if they go away.)

    http://tinyurl.com/27m...

This was actually Karry's second shot on my Mini Cooper S and was supposedly his best shot, but his worker's best shot did not meet my expectation which actually was not that high.

I have a degree in Transportation Design and I was specifically trained to see flaws on car bodies and I know what exactly excellent work (show cars), good work (Everything lineup and paints ok), lousy work look like. And Karry have provided.........

I have dealt with him from May 14th to June 12th. He actually is a great guy to talk to and care about his customers 500%, but too bad his workers just don't provide quality work at all. He just needs one highly experienced body specialist to supervise his workers. That would turn his place around quite a bit.

*Sorry Karry, this is my last try with you. There is nothing you can do for me anymore. I like you very much, but it is taking too long (supposedly 5 days became a month) and I just don't trust your workers anymore.

So I give two stars to Karry's personality!

    - Another update

OK, I was driving back home tonight, my windshield got greasy and try to used the wiper fluid, but it did not work. Since I could not see well, I got off a highway to clean the windshield manually and found out that out of 4 nozzles, only one was set up correctly. 2 of the nozzles just shoot away the water to the sides (not hitting the windshield at all) and one was clogged with sanding dust and not working.
    http://tinyurl.com/2aj...
This is a safety hazard for me. They spent one month on my car and I get new damages and this...I don't know what to say.

Yet another one. I wasn't even looking or wanting to know, but when I was cleaning my car today I found primer dust shots on my front bumper and on fog lamps.... Someone was probably shooting primer next to my car and the dust covered half of the front bumper.... This is so unprofessional   http://tinyurl.com/24n...
