The Kumquat margarita is fantastic! The food was average, but the margarita really did make up for it.

Met a friend here for lunch. The building was one of the original Ford Motor Company's Model T agencies...the walls and floor are original. It has a very unique decor ...kind of like arts and crafts meets the hunting lodge. There is plenty to look at...
I ordered the Cobb salad and my friend had the soup (she-crab bisque) and salad. One thing I did notice was that it took a long time for the food to come out. Thankfully we were not in a rush. The food was ok...nothing special. Although, I tried the she-crab bisque and thought that was very good.
All in all I would say to give it a try if you happen to be in Dade City. They do have an outside deck area so may be nice to grab a drink one evening. -

We really wanted to like this place. It would be nice to have a cool local restaurant that isn't a chain. The decor is certainly unique, I've never seen such a creative use of taxidermy before. While I found the atmosphere endearingly kitschy, my youngest son thought it "creepy". Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and overpriced making the dreaded chain fare seem preferable. Still might be a good place to to have a few drinks at the antler-festooned "Stag Bar".

Interesting place to eat with all the strange decor. However the service is usually sub par and the food really isn't worth what they charge. I've tried it a couple times to give it a fair shot and I always seem to end up kind of disappointed.
