I went in today and got a prenatal 60 minute massage. I was ignored when I walked into their office and finally was rudely greeted by the receptionist. I heard a employee getting screamed at by her boss as I signed the papers for my appointment. Then the boss states "is their a client in the waiting room?" WOW. RUDE.
My massage was ok except the lady kept asking me questions and make conversation while she was giving the massage. She put me in the room at 10:30 didn't come in to do the massage until 10:45 then finished the "60 minute massage" at 11:20.
Thats not a 60 minute massage. I would have went somewhere else when I first walked in, but my fiance bought me the massage in advance.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The owner of this spa is a cold witch with a VERY pointed, sarcastic and nasty attitude who doesn't apprecieate her customers at all. I tried them out and had a discrepancy in the scheduling and the owner was at the front a gave me a very pointed, sarcastic series of offensive comments to my face. I couldn't believe it. I called 10 times to try and reschedule my appt, well before the 24 hr requirement, but nobody called me back. I kept calling and left messages, but still nobody called me back. Finally I showed up at my originally-scheduled time and explained that nobody called me back but I gave an honest effort to reschedule. The owner gave me a bunch of nasty comments and I was taken back by her nerve. Especially in a spa business that is founded on customer service and repeat customers to survive.
Afterward I heard the owner yelling at one of the masseuses in the room next to the waiting room up front. I could believe how nasty she was being to that lady. I would have quit right there if someone talked to me that way. It must be hell to work for her because it's hell being a customer. I did reschedule and got a massage from one of the girls and it was good. No complaints there, but I would NEVER get one from the owner and I will NEVER go back to such a horrible place. I'm surprised they're still in business treating people that way.

SOOOOO booked a massage for today 2 WEEKS AGO bc I knew I would need it after my trip to Haiti. They just called and said they needed to reschedule my appt TO MARCH 18th...TWO WEEKS FROM NOW!!! Kind of defeats the purpose and since I already paid for it I guess I will just have to wait. Note to self, never EVER book an appointment with JUST RELAX Massage Therapy in the Woodlands again!!!
This is so funny as soon as I went to post this, I get an email from the company advertising a massage special for this week. SOOOOO THEY LITERALLY HAVE NO OPENINGS AT ALL FOR 2 WEEKS (PER THE OWNER) AND YET THEY ARE RUNNING A SPECIAL THIS WEEK ON MASSAGES?!?! This place is horrible. I scheduled an appointment with the girl "Hope" for massage. When I got there then the owner/manager told me that you are not scheduled and you are not in register.
I told the manager that I cancelled all my plans for this appointment. she took my number and she said that she will call me after talking to the girl Hope but she never did.

Bought 2 groupons, scheduled online using Genbook. Got 2 confirmation emails. Get a call 3 hours later saying they need to move one appt time. 3 calls back and forth later I was so annoyed I said I would just contact groupon for a refund- she put me on hold and came back offering ORIGINAL time which they first said was the problem on Genbook. (Liars) I said no I'd prefer the refund than to go through all this. She came back after another hold and said they were taking away one of my groupons since I wouldn't be able to make the appt. I wrote a letter to Tina and groupon, of course Tina did not reply but groupon gave me my refund before the appt!

HORRIBLE customer service. The owner of the company is cold and has no interpersonal skills, yet she mans the front desk??? Their cancellation policy is incredibly rigid in an industry that is supposed to be geared toward the client.
The massages we received were good, but the business itself is run poorly. My husband and I had an appointment booked for Monday, there was no way to call and cancel 24 hours in advance. (closed sunday) So I called early Monday to cancel.. my husband and I both work, and had some unexpected work commitments come up, about three hours later they call to tell me that the gift card we purchased would have to be voided since there wasn't a 24 advanced cancellation. Ive gone here several times and referred several people. However over the past 6 months they have gotten many new employees and have been canceling appointments. I have had two appointments canceled this week. When I call back I get directly put through to a voice message system and am not able to talk to a live person. I used to love going here. Now I need to find a new more dependable place to massages and facials. Such a Shame since they do such a good job but I am not risking getting more appointments canceled when I have a wedding and other important events coming up .

Hate to give them this review. I've had monthly massages at this business for the past 6 months. The massages are amazing; very professional and well done.
Office management however is another story. My last three appointments have been cancelled by Just Relax with no warning and rescheduling is a nightmare! Purchased a Groupon which offered a glass of wine/champagne, truffles and the massage. The Groupon was still a good amount even after the discount.
When I was ready I was given the smallest size bottle of water that I had ever seen and some Halloween candy. Ouch. So much for the Groupon.
As I was getting my personal stuff put together at the end of the visit, the masseuse hovered over me. I moved back a bit and she "reminded" me that the Groupon did not include tip which I was completely aware of.
Overall the massage was fine but there is a certain "seedy" feel to the business and I will not be back. It comes across as a churn 'em in, churn 'em out business as I see that they are constantly on the coupon sites.
