I have tried their pizza numerous times and found the pizza to be above average. Have always picked up my pizza here since I have never really cared for delivery since I want my pizza hot!

The only thing I do not like concerning their pizza is the way they take a round pie and cut the pieces into small squares! I hate little pieces of square pizza unless it is from a sheet! You have to tell them on the phone that you want your pizza sliced normal.

I don't live in East Amherst but do reside in Williamsville. I am a big fan of always having a "hot pizza" so I avoid delivery!

Snyder-ite now temporarily living in East Jesus OOPS!  I mean East Amherst near Lostport OOPS!  I mean Lockport decides to order pizza and watch the election.  I was already in my comfy shorts after work clothes and neither of us felt  like picking up from our usual place.  Snyder-ite remembers Just Pizza up the road!   6:22PM I place an order for pizza w/ cheese & pep 1/2 mushroom & double order of wings.  Bored yet impatient guy on the other end of the phone says "45 minutes to an hour"  OK fine whatever.  I remember 20 minutes later that I forgot to ask for extra bleu cheese, so I ring them up again.  Bored guy asks if I am calling looking for where my order is.  I say no not at all, I'd like to see if it's too late to get some extra bleu.  Bored guy screams into my ear, OOPS I mean into the kitchen to see where my order is at.  "sorry it's gone."  "OK, no problem!"  "Barry, the pizza will be here any minute."

Jump to 8:00.  No za.

Jump to 8:15.  No za.

Barry says: "just call & cancel it."  At this point I'm beyond starving and didn't stop at my "favorite Tops" before coming home, so there's nothing to even prepare.  I ring up Just Pizza again and ask what in the hell is taking so long.

"Oh sorry, OUR DRIVER IS 85 YEARS OLD."   "Wha?"  Wait, REALLY?

(Insert I don't know what to type here)

Pizza show's up after 8:30 delivered by a young guy in his 20's. You can imagine that it was like pizza that sat out all night in the box on your counter 'cause you were too lazy to wrap it in foil and put it in the 'fridge.  I tell the kid I'm not paying, and didn't sign my credit card receipt.  He couldn't have been more apologetic and told me to call Dan who owns 2 stores, and that this happens all the time.  Oh goodie.

I heated up the pizza and wings - more time for Mary to wither away to nothing.  Pizza was really good and so were the wings, but the stupidity of the whole process just pissed me off.

Next time I'll buck it up and pick up from Luigi's who's pizza rivals the one I just wrote about.
