love the products. they are pricey but work on my dry skin.
never get the service done here since I'm not planning to cheat on my facialist or wax technician.
My mother is 60 years old, but she looks like she could be my sister. Her skin is amazing, and she barely has any wrinkles. My Asian genes may not have given me height, but at least I can still pass for being ten years younger than I really am.
My daily skin regimine consists of all Jurlique products. I've gone super high end before, using ReVive, La Mer, Amore Pacific, Dior... But finally, I've found a skin care line that does wonders for me. The prices are mid-range ($20-70), and totally worth it.
These are the products that I live by (and in this order of application):
1. Balancing foaming cleanser
2. Lavender hydrating mist
3. Herbal recovery gel
4. Moisture replenishing cream
5. Lavender hand cream (thick but not greasy at all - hands can tell one's age as well)
With the help of these fantastic youth preserving products, I hope that I can look as beautiful as my mom does when I'm her age.

This is the only product that has helped my super sensitive skin. I'm past my mid-20's mark and still break out here and there. Jurlique is amazingly good. The problem is the price, out of this world! So I confess that I've done the Ebay thing. There are a couple of items that I won't purchase over ebay to make sure they are fresh.
My Favorites:
Toner, Lavender Silk Dust, Facial Moisturizer, Face Wash
ok I never get a service done here but I love jurlique products. Knock off 1 star because it's too pricey. Their healing gel is fabulous but it costs like 150 bucks each...
Disclaimer, I worked here.
The products are FABULOUS! I loved them and while using them my skin was better than it's ever been. But hello?! $150 for recovery gel?
I ended up quitting after 6 weeks because of the manager. She was angry with me because I had appts and STREP THROAT and she wanted me to come in and work on clients! I declined.
I also felt that I hardly had any training. It was my first job out of Esthetician school and they have all sorts of criteria for their facials. The turnover rate was so high, at times we had to do a facial with no training, only the written instructions. Also if you go there for a facial, be prepared to get a sales pitch for the products after. Again they are amazing but you could walk out of there spending $300+.
If you like the products, get them on eBay.
Oh and about the hairs for the reviewer below...I ended up bringing in my own Tweezerman tweezers because the manager admitted they had crappy tweezers. (they were quat's and disinfected). And another time they ran OUT of wax when I had a wax appt. How can a spa run out of wax?
DO NOT GET YOUR BROWS DONE HERE. I went once, because they really needed it, cheated on my normal brow person and regretted it wholly. First of all, they wax in public...as in, you're getting your brows done in front of a window where the shoppers walk by and stare at you. Second of all, not all of the girls there are licensed estheticians, one girl was just learning how to wax by watching the others. Third of all, they did not do a thorough job at all. There were still lots of hairs left over, they didn't do the clean up tweezing or trimming that happens at reputable places, and they didn't even wax the area between the brows. A waste of $20 if you ask me.
They get two stars only because they were super nice.
Jurlique has finally made its way to the US and to say it's made a splash is an understatement. It's exploded! An Australian company which I've been a fan of for years, it is quite shocking to me that the products costs SO DAMN MUCH in this country. Since I visit Australia every single year, I just lug it back in my many suitcases, enough to last me a year or two, but what happens should I finish up something before my next visit? Jurlique is a cosmetics company which uses only naturally grown ingredients for their products. The Spa Store at Valley Fair offers facials as well as massages. I'd visit more often but it's an expensive indulgence like I said. The products are almost double what you pay for in Australia (due to freight costs from what I'm told). Even the most sensitive skin types can use Jurlique -- I've some of the most easily irritable skin around! Even if you don't buy, still, go into the store and browse and sample some of their products. It's really an excellent line!
I gave this place three stars because it was such an awesome and relaxing experience. The place was clean as well. But it is extremely pricy.
