My company has been a bit of a vagabond in the past 4 years, moving offices, acquiring other companies and accumulating tremendous amounts of junk... so who did I call? You bet I did.... Great bunch of guys they kick but work hard removing truck loads and mean loads on many occasions in the past 4 years. Always on time, fast, friendly careful not to damage any walls and stuff like that they also go the extra mile even on huge jobs like I had checking in and making sure that I am 100% satisfied. Use them and you wont be sorry!

I'm a big fan of Junk King. I met Michael because of an unfortunate accident. He was honest and took care of us in spite of the unfortunate circumstance. Because of his professionalism and honesty, I've been using and recommending his company.
When my company had to get rid of furniture and cubicles, Junk King came through with their professionalism. Even the execs were impressed.
I recently used them to haul construction debris and as usual, their Junk King folks (Chris and Dakota) did the job well. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but they made sure I was happy with the work that they did.

I remembered to write my review of Junk King as I was raving to my coworker that they are THE BEST for taking away anything. We had a huge pile of cement, dirt and gravel and the three guys got rid of it all in just over an hour for a really fair price.
After doing research trying to find the least expensive and easiest way to get rid of our stuff, this was definitely the best way to go. No sketchy estimates (they whipped out a price chart), fair prices that include labor! YOU WILL NOT REGRET CALLING THEM. Forget debris boxes, look these guys to help get rid of whatever junk you've got. -

With a Val Pak coupon in hand and a old water heater in the garage and loads of palm fronds on the side of the house, I contaced Junk King for its removal. My window period was 8 am - 11 am and I received a call that the truck and crew were on their way.
The gent who managed the 2 person team was professional and he and his team quickly got to work, after viewing my discards and quoting me $228 for 1/4 space on the truck. They swept the area on the side of my home too! My coupon provided for a $50 discount, so the price appeared to be very reasonable, certainly a time saver in not having to rent a truck, haul all the garbage into it and then drive to the dump for disposal.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Junk King! -

My girlfriend and were in the middle of moving our Burlingame apartment when we realized, "Hey, wait. How much of this stuff do we actually want?" Turned out there was A LOT of stuff we didn't want or need and CERTAINLY had no desire to move. We decided to call a trash removal service to get rid of our crap.
Enter Junk King. I called them on Monday, we made an appointment for Tuesday (in a reasonable 2-hour time window), no muss, no fuss. They called about 15 minutes before they showed up, which was nice.
These guys were fast, professional and really quite affordable. Our cost was about $180 for an entire carport full of random cruft (including stuff in the fridge that had gone bad or we couldn't be bothered to move).
Highly recommend. -

I had Junk King take a room full of stuff. I'm talking a full sectional, desk, computer, old CRT monitor, Television, book case, coffee table, futon mattress and frame AND an exercise machine. They gave me a window of 11:00am - 1:00pm and called 10 minutes before 11 to tell me they were on their way. Very prompt, the guys came in, took a look at my stuff and said it'd be a little over half a truck (it was A LOT of stuff) and it would be $428 with labor, taxes, the whole nine yards.
Let me tell you why they earned every penny. Twenty minutes. The guys were super efficient. Pros. They really worked hard and fast. Tried to watch out for my walls as well.
When it was all said and done, I felt like we got a bargain. My stuff looked like it filled the truck (granted they did pick up someone else's stuff prior). Still, I appreciated how quick and courteous they were.
There are certain things you want to spend money on. Certain things where quality matters. Go with Junk King. Keep your peace of mind and clear out your clutter. -

I had called Junk King based on good Yelp reviews to help throw out an old mattress and bed frame. I called a week prior to the weekend and confirmed an appointment. On a Saturday morning, I waited.. and waited... And an hour past my appointment, I called Junk King to figure out what was going on. Turns out they "forgot" to schedule my appointment. Someone eventually came by my apartment 2 hours later. They were fast and didn't leave a mess. But I think I'll use another company going forward that's a bit more reliable.

wow! these guys are great. I called on Tuesday and the receptionist was so nice and efficient. They were able to schedule my pick up the following day. I even received an email with my tracking number and the day and time of my appointment. My two hour window was set from 11-1 and they called around 11:10 to let me know they were 20 minutes away. They showed up at the office with 3 guys and loaded the truck (which was a half load) in about 15 minutes. The area that they cleaned was an outside receptacle area that was full of old desks and broken bookshelves. It had accumulated a lot of dirt, leaves and random paper. They even swept the area and took the excess trash with them. I've worked here 7 years and that's the cleanest I've seen it! They were, quick, professional and did an excellent job.

We needed to get rid of some extra heavy fixtures for the business. I shopped around to find a deal. However, one of our employees used to work with the owner. Moreover, it was easier for us to ask them. Thus, it was a bit more. ($300 to $350?) But, we asked Junk King.
I have to say their service was more than I expected. Paul and Brian(?) were extremely helpful to take out old fixtures from the store and the offsite storage. Regardless of extra fixtures that we added after the estimate, they accommodated to fit in the truck. They even helped us putting back all other fixtures, which we took out from the offsite storage in order to get rid of old fixtures, back to the storage. Now, that's customer service! -

An important life skill to have is knowing when to hold on and when to let go, and letting go is often the only way to move forward.
And that's when you call Junk King. These guys are my dreams come true, I mean that literally. For months I had been meaning to get rid of some of the clutter I've accumulated over the years. You know, a broke couch here, an unused dishwasher there, boxes of bits and pieces that could conceivably come in handy one day but never really do. I've had nightmares about it, that's how much a messy house bothered me. But somehow I just never got around to doing something about it until last week.
For reasons I won't go into here, I got the kick in the pants I needed to restart my life, and Junk King was just the perfect start to that process. I piled all the things I don't need in the garage and they came and took it all away. In less than 1/2 hour they transformed my garage from an eyesore to its pristine state, all ready for the new car I am getting soon.
Kevin and (I am so sorry I forgot the name of the other person) were courteous and professional, really easy to work with. I felt really at ease talking to them. I have a pretty good intuition about people and I instantly liked them. They provide a wonderful service and I couldn't have imagined a better start to my new life, and the price was more than reasonable too! -

Oh, I love Junk King. I really, really do.
I needed to empty out my old office a couple weeks ago, so I called them on Thursday and they very kindly scheduled me an appointment for the following Saturday, from 9-11.
I met JT and he was extremely courteous - he looked around, quickly gave me an estimate, and set to work with two other guys. The job took longer than expected (as in, our old office had tons of stuff to get rid of - over 16 bookcases, 5 heavy-duty desks, 25+ chairs, etc), and JT was able to make some calls, switch around his schedule, and get things moving!
JT, you're a star - the old office is done with, and HOORAY for Junk King! I will definitely use these guys again. -

When I needed some extra business equipment removed quickly, I called Junk King. They had the capability for me to schedule an appointment on-line on a Saturday evening, and still show up Monday morning at 8am. They were efficient, reasonable in pricing, and excellent in service. I also loved that they were going to recycle as much of the equipment as they could, and that they follow green practices.
The way they price is by how much room in their truck they estimate your junk will take up. In my case, they charged me for 1/8 of a truck (two pedicure chairs and a broken esthetician bed), but when I saw them put everything in the truck, it really looked to me like my stuff took up more like 1/6 of their space. But they didn't charge me any extra, which was very nice.
If you have junk that you need taken off your hands, call Junk King. You won't be sorry! -

Wow. These guys are FAST and great! I made an online appointment the day before, and they came first thing the next morning at the beginning of the 2-hour time window (when does that ever happen??), gave me a fair estimate, and were super efficient at removing the junk. The only think is I forgot to ask about the $30 discount for making the appointment online, probably because the price was so reasonable to begin with.

JT and Tyler came out to our place to pick our loads of old furniture. We had already hauled everything to the curb, so they didn't charge us for labor. They were both really nice and efficient. They filled up the medium size truck and hauled it away for a price that we were hapy to pay to get rid of the junk!

Junk King saved my life, as I had to empty out a 13,000 sf commercial building. Along came Dakota, Paul and Juan and 3 full truckloads on a Friday an empty building I had!
I will never use any other so called junk service, these guys were professional, courteous and rocked! I cannot rave enough about the service my company received!

Fast, friendly, efficient ... and what a relief to get rid of that junk so painlessly! I could see they were sorting it as they went so that I feel good about their handling the junk responsibly -- and they do recycle. They were friendly and understanding when my young kids wrote them notes hoping to "rescue" some of the items. Good job!

These guys are great. No nonsense and very professional. They came over to see the furniture we wanted taken and gave us an estimate. We then made a date for them to remove it (they could've taken it right then but we weren't ready) and they showed up, on time with a big truck. Three guys, and a few minutes later away went the sofa and patio furniture. These guys are easy to work with, there were no hidden fees or other "surcharges" and it was a completely pain-free process.

Junk King removed three desks, old plants, and a bookshelf for our office. Our time slot was Saturday between 8am and 10am. The guys called at 8:30 to let us know they'd be there at 9am. They arrived on time and started to work right away. They gave a quote for half a truck and with a coupon it totaled $328.
30 Minutes later, the office was empty and the guys had hauled everything away.
The transaction was easy and we were done by 9:30. Can't ask for anything more. -

Doing a HUGE cleanup of a one acre property in the bay area. For our first load I had allied waste bring a 30 yard debris box which we filled and had removed. It was $680. For the next bit I called Junk King. They have 18 yard trucks and we needed three of them at just over $500 each. HMMM, $680 for 30 yards or a little over $500 for only 18 yards??? We decided to try them and am I happy I did. First of all I'm 100% sure that they got more into their 18 yard truck than I did into the 30 yard debris box. They kept a man on the truck while it was being loaded and they stacked stuff in it like cord wood. It was STUFFED! Second, all I had to do was point to stuff and one of the men would bring it to the truck - no labor at all on my part. Finally, they showed up on time and worked fast! We had 3 trucks filled and gone ( 7 men by the way ) in about 3 hours.
Tomorrow they are bringing two trucks for me - they have taken all of the worry out of this job for me - they just get it done.
Try them once - they are the real deal. -

Junk King was awesome & so easy to work with! My Dad needed a service to come out & pick up all the stuff he had cleaned out of his garage. I found Junk King online, called them, they came & gave a free estimate (including the coupon I found on their website), it seemed reasonable so we scheduled for the next day. They were professional, friendly, clean, efficient & offered a good price. I will use them again if the need arises & would highly recommend them.
