What can I say about this place???  So much!!!!  We actually went here twice this past weekend.  Once just to grab their chips and salsa to go on Saturday and last night for dinner!

They are located on the Arizona side of the Colorado River in Parker.  They have a moderate view of the river; however, they are not on the water.  They have a very nice beach party atmosphere with their bar the focal point of the restaurant.   They have onsite betting and several televisions to watch the horse races while playing a game of pool.

The chips and salsa are served with beans which is delicious.  We went for dinner there last night before we headed back home and the food was worth writing home about.  The service was excellent.  I had the standard enchilada and taco, perfect!  I was jealous of my friend's chimichanga, the melted cheese on the chicken looked awesome as well.  Another friend had fish tacos which he was very happy with!

I would highly recommend this place for either a great afternoon away from the sun or a place to get a few drinks or run in to get some food to go!

I know we will be back!

    Update: 10/19/10 - They are now closed! : (

It really saddens me to hear that this place is closed now. They had really really good tacos, and the dessert menu was fantastic! I can't remember what they were called, but there were these little cheesecake bite things, and they came with assorted dipping sauces. My all time favorite dessert, of course, is the fried ice cream. You really can't go wrong there! It's served with a large fried cinnamon-coated shell, too. I will certainly miss the food there, and hopefully something will happen and cause it to re-open.
