I'm not a juicy fan. But I know that all girls are even though they don't own any juicy stuff and even if they say they aren't they really are. I bought a necklace as a gift for my sister got a good deal on it also. A few of the workers are kinda stuck up give you that little attitude when you need help. At first when you get in though they ask you if you need assistance you tell them not right now but later on when you do they seem kinda irritated.
I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. I walked in here perfectly happy and ready to look at the cute necklaces and purses. The girls working here all immediately glared at me upon my entrance. Yes, I am aware that I am a curvy person and can't fit into the tiny clothes here, but what I'm not allowed to shop for others? SHEESH.
The associates were all gabbing away and folding clothes on the jewelry counter, making it rather difficult to even look at the jewelry. I came over to the table to look and not one of the girls here moved or offered to move out of the way. As I walked around the store they all continued to stare and chat. I wanted to scream as I left the store.
The store is cute, but the girls are rude. Just go to Nordstrom.

I'm a big Juicy fan! I love the sweatsuits and accessories. The suits are a great way to dress down and not look like a bum. Purse selection is good but sometimes it's hard to find matching wallets! The best thing about Juicy is that if there is something that you can't find in the store, the girls are really good at trying to locate the item for you at a different location. Now, that's good customer service.
So I'm a big juicy fan, but this store doesn't do it for me. I think the customer service could use some help, they don't seem to like to greet people who look "under dressed" and they just stand around talking to eachother....I noticed that a lot of the same things that they have are at Nordstroms. I got a black juicy bowler bag on sale for like $118 at Nordstroms and the Juicy had it for $175, Juicy stuff doesn't really go on sale at the Juicy store. I can find better shirts at Nordstroms Rack for hella cheaper than the Juicy store. Its cool to check out && they have a better variety than other stores since its just all Juicy stuff.

Went the other day and was surprised by the friendliness of the staff. I had help from 2 different sales girls. One was especially helpfully, dark long hair with a ponytail. She helped me select a doggy velour sweater for my dog. The other girl helped me with a purse I put it on hold.
Although when I went back I had to wait a while to get my purse then the guy that helped me was kinda short with me. He kinda just threw the purse in the bag with the receipt. Didn't put the receipt in the envelope.
So I give it 4 stars. I will be back since I am a huge Juicy fan.
Occassionally, I like to walk into the Juicy store to see what they have to offer. Unfortunately, the service in there is not quite up to par. The sales associates always seem super stuck up and I honestly do not know why. Then tend to take one glance at you and if you are not "dressed up," they will not even greet you or look your way.
They need to work on their customer service.
I went around at least 3 times to see what I can exchange my present for. At first I thought the service sucked because it took them like 10 minutes to greet me. A girl actually did help me though. She was very honest and helpful and didn't persuade me to buy something I didn't like.
One thing that sucked is that they sold me the wrong wallet. I got all the way home to find out they sold me a coin purse and not a wallet. So, with Monday being my only day off, I drove my lazy butt back to the mall to do another exchange. The other sales associate apologized a couple times especially after finding out I already went home then came back. Low and behold, the wallet I was supposed to buy was on the counter behind her. Maybe they should have checked? I have mixed emotions about this one.
Can you say Bi***es............ thats all that works here... they are all stuck up and when you walk in they dont say anything.... thats right... you would think that an "upper" class store like that they would be more than willing to help you spend your money but no......... they are so rude and look at you like your crazy if you ask them a question!
So... I went in to buy some glasses and I made the mistake of inturupting them to ask them if they had more...... oh no.... they just looked at me all crazy and said no thats it........
so whatever I went to NORDSTROMS and found the glasses I wanted with a really nice lady who helped meeh......... So all in all i was happy.

I went twice right after the holidays and was REALLY impressed with the level of customer service I received despite how wiped out these girls must have been from the Xmas rush.
Everyone was full of smiles and willingness to help. I was greeted, and helped with sizes and backstock checking and so on... In fact it was some of the best customer service I'd seen a while so I'm surprised by the reviews below, but maybe the staff has read them and are taking note?
Either way, I would happily shop here again.

Not only are the products wicked cute, completely my style, but I am always really pleased by the quality of service I get here. The girls (and occasional guy) are very genuine and I never feel like I am being pushed to buy. They are great with returns or exchanges, I never feel like I am inconveniencing them like other places have. Its a fresh young crew that's always on point.
The only reason I wouldn't give them five stars, is the last time I was in, I was helped by a girl who was a little self focused. I came in for more charms for my favorite bracelet. The girl working the counter was trying on the new styles and showed me her wrist, asking me if I could read the letters. She went on for a little while about how she spends her pay check in the store and how excited she is about the new stuff. She did eventually help me with getting an adorable teddy bear charm! But, again on my way out I paused to look at the necklaces and the girl who helped me was chatting with a coworker about how many favors they have to do for their managers to get ahead. I think they were talking about there other jobs though! But, I still found it a little off putting and uncomfortable to hear. Aside from that though, I will continue to shop here and love it!
OWWW OWWW!!
i love to shop, but i hate taking too long to shop. in and out. that's it. if nothing catches my eye within 5 minutes, i'm out.
so i ran to nordstrom to look at their juicy stuff and i thought, cool. i could go to the juicy store itself and get a pretty pink bag. if only i could turn back time because i didn't get any service within the five minutes i was here. yes, i don't have a baby louis vuitton under my arm, but at least i have monies in my five dollar urban outfitters wallet. i deserved smiles and help compared to the other girls who asked questions and came out with nothing... yes, if you can get the same stuff at nordstrom, get it at nordstrom (read my nordstrom review)....maybe i don't deserve service at juicy because i just quoted kanye...

After seeing the Juicy Couture in San Francisco and the service I received there, comparing it to this one is so... odd. The girls kinda looked a lil snooty and I wasn't greeted until 10 minutes later when my boyfriend said a loud "Honey! Pick something! I'll buy you anything." And then the eyes of the oh-so-customer service rep had greeted. What a bitch. Anyway, I didn't get to see what was in the glass because they were folding clothes on it, I was standing there for a whlie and one of my trainers at work said to try just standing there and wait for them to ask you something. Unfortunately, I was ignored! What a bitch. Anyway, I guess its back to Frisco's traffic and parking... at least I can get better service there!

Not exactly a place for us big booty girls, but I like to stop in and check out the accessories, they really are my favorite. The weird thing is I can usually find a better selection at Nordstrom, but I always make a point to check them out.
I have actually scored with the sales racks a couple times, just good basic stuff for work. As long as you dont wear Juicy written across your booty in terry sweats, you can actually find some cute wearable stuff.

I visited this store around January. I like Juicy Couture products: they are durable, well made items that don't follow trends, so you can continually use them. I have a bowler bag I bought 3 years ago, and I have not been too kind to it, but it still looks great! So, I was excited to see the new Juicy Store...
First off, the store is disorganized and sloppy. Second, the selection is not that great. And third, I was in there for a full 10 minutes and not once asked by an associate if I needed help. It futher dismayed me when everyone else around was attended to. I came in with the intent of purchasing a new bag, but my shopping experience quickly changed my mind. You are better off sticking to Nordstrom, they know how to run a store.

I have never been a huge fan of Juicy Couture, but I have been a fan of walking into a Juicy Couture store to still try to figure out what the deal is with the damn brand.
I came into the store and was greeting in well hmm 5 minutes, which I thought was pretty slow for a store which recently just opened and have fresh new employees there. I mean I would've expected that maybe next spring when all the employees are worn and torn down a bit.
The decor of the store is fresh and clean and the window display is absolutely amazing, but still wasn't impressed. I didn't like my experience here from the moment I walked in and for me, that makes a difference in whether I'm wanting to buy something or not.

A cute store with trendy dresses and jeans, lots of logo-emblazoned things, bags, and girly trinkets. I don't like the logo stuff, but I admit that I love their cheesy, overpriced terry track suits. They're so comfy, and if you take a lot of long plane trips, nothing is better to travel in. I've found the staff to be polite and not pushy or hovering, which is a plus, and because their sizing is pretty consistent, I don't usually have to try anything on.
Not a terrific selection of items inside... they don't even have any of the jewelry there. It's Nordstrom's for me if I'm purchasing Juicy..

Cute store, the service i would have to say is a little... slow. The front of the store is definitely eye-catching but their clothes i wouldn't say (in my opinion) are anything out of the ordinary. The purses are adorable (i LOOOOVE my dog purse). And the jewelry is... well... *ahem*... very gold. I say, you could probably skip everything in the store except the purses.
FYI ***Juicy is starting to carry sunglasses (super cute) but i would like to make a note that the store in valley fair is still selling their "Ice Cube" recalled sunglasses. I think that's a big no no.

The store is well-lighted and clean and I found the staff to be very helpful and quick to respond. The clothing is more for slim body types, which I'm not so I don't wear the clothes. I do like the handbags, but their selection is weak compared to Nordstrom's (which is done on purpose I bet). However, when I wanted the navy and pink Daydreamer they found it for me and had it shipped. I was very impressed with that and I go back now and then to see what's new. The prices are on the high side because it is considered designer wear so we the people will pay for that, right?!
Freshly opened this past Thursday, 11/2/06.
Located on the 1st floor close to Nordie's and across the way from Harry and David.
All the standard Juicy fare here:
Tracksuits
A variety of denim
Accessories galore
Cozy sweaters
A Juicy take on outerwear
Cute kid's gear
If you're average like me, it may be a waste of time for you to make a visit, because all the sizes are already sold out! Um yeah, there is moola here in the Silicon Valley, clearly that is evident when $200 tracksuits are flying off the shelves.
The selection seems to be less than the Westfield location in SF.

Juicy makes me feel like a little kid in a big toy store. It's so colorful and warm and I love walking in this store with my dogs. I'm knocking 1 store off because they don't have a big variety of sizes for dog clothing and accessories (the stuff is still really cute tho!). The employees have been super nice to me and they go out of their way to try and find the right sizes. I was really impressed with that since a lot of other places will just say "whatever is out is what we have". :)
I LOVE Juicy I bought the entire store...seriously I had 2 employees help me to my car because I had SO many bags the girl counted them and I had 12 can u beleive that it was CRAZY!! I go their ALL the time now so everyone knows me. I don't even have to even walk into the store and the manager already knows what I want!! I get a HUGE discount too because I shop their like everyday I have 7 different closets just for my clothes and 4 closets out of the 7 are filled with Juicy sweats and clothes! I also buy some for my puppies and kids! They Love It!!

Cute boutique. Went w/my lil' sis to purchase/pick up her xmas gift--a handbag. Very cute...pink and velvet. The prices are pretty outrageous. The baby tee's not so much, but some of the other items seemed a bit overpriced. I think the purses, although cute, are also a bit over-priced. I fear that my lil' sis will no longer use this handbag in about a year from now and will move on to the next fad.

Well I can't say that I expected much from the place. I went there in January and was greeted well, but the selection was sparce and I felt it to be a bit sloppy. It took them forever to exchange my item and it took not one, or two but three people to figure out that all I wanted to do was exchange an unwanted gift. I got sunglasses instead, which I do really like, but I have not been in the place since. First impression does it for me. I bought two different dog carriers form e-BAy and sold both back on e-Bay. I did not find them functional. I like how some of the bags look and hear that the track suits are comfy, but I would go to Nordstrom to purchase them. Maybe they will get better with time.
Lots of cute stuff to buy your lady, but the staff there is hit or miss. I've gone in twice and once had to help myself to everything (I even started to go into the back to find her size!) and the other I was waited on hand a foot and was a very nice shopping experience.
I wish I had remembered the persons name to refer you all to. she was that good.
I love Juicy Couture a lot! Although the prices are high [but only because it is afterall, a designer store], it is well worth it. The clothes are good quality and you can wear them basically everywhere. Their jewerly is so cute! Espcially the charms that they have. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the price.
And, Claire C., this is to review about things, not brag about how much stuff you buy from there or how many closets you have.
I love this Juicy Couture store, they have a large selection of clothing compared to nordstroms and bloomingdales. This store has clothings that I have never seen at other stores before, and have unique Juicy clothing. And thank God they do have a sale section in the back since the original price on Juicy items are very high. They carry kids, womens, and accessories in the store. They carry their trademark velour and terry cloth tracksuits, cashmere, and puffer jackets. This store has an extensive collection of accessories including watches, earrings, necklaces, charms, and a whole load of handbags.
The store is really nicely decorated, and it makes me want to re-do my room the way they did. The employees are pretty helpful and friendly, and they are wearing nice Juicy outfits :) Overall the prices are still generally high, but this store carries clothing/items that are unique that are not sold anywhere else. So its worth the trip to go eye shoppin!
