351 SW 4th StThis park is a pretty big park, but not so big since you can probably see one end from the other. This is partly because there's not too many trees at this park. It is actually a pretty neglected park, hence a missing star.
But, then why 4 stars? Not because it has a lot of amenities (swimming pool, playground, community center, basketball, etc) but because it is probably one of the best spot to watch the boats go by the park along the Miami River. This park, despite being neglected, has a lot of character.
But I probably would say the same about an abandoned toilet from the 1960s left in a yard.
Nevertheless, I would return to this park and catch a glimpse of all the construction and towers of downtown Miami that can be seen from under the i-95 bridge all the while some fancy smuck yachts and rusty shrimping boats sail by the entire scene.
