If you love abstract art, this will thrill you.  Jonas Gerard has already contributed a painting to the Smithsonian Museum in Washington,DC. He resides in Florida, but  travels to art fairs around the country.  His work is powerful, with color combinations that move the observer to imagine motion. This artist loves texture.  He uses thick layers of paint, sometimes mixed with sand on his pieces.  Every work looks as if it is still wet and invites your touch.  This art is usually the focal point of any room in which it is hung.
