Great service for over a decade!  I have natural nails and they do a really great job on them.  I am constantly in awe on how hard it has been for me to find a nail salon that won't screw up my natural nails.  This place is FAR from where I live, but I do the ONE-HOUR (each way) drive for their great services that includes an OH-SO-YUMMY mani/pedi.  They are always busy, which is a good sign.  But, they are always available to make an appointment as close to the time period that you need.  Drop ins are always welcome, but reservations are obviously preferred.  They do a spa pedi that is to die for!..Make sure to get your tips & toes done here for a bit of lavishness JUST BECAUSE!

I got my nails done here the other day. I was looking for a place does gel fills the right way = no acrylic. And they do them they way I like it which was great. The women working here speak english alright - would say they understood about 80% of what I said. I'm not sure if the 20% they were just pretending that they didn't so they won't have to fit what I was asking (-1 star). I took away one other star because they could be a little cleaner and the girl going my feet was sick and keep wiping her nose on her arm (which I guess was better then my feet) She was also taking on her cell phone for 50% of the pedicure which made it a little hard to relax. I got a gel fill (french tip) $28 and pedicure 35 total= 53 + tip. Also note that they only take debit cards. I will keep coming here until I find another place that fills gels the way I like - but I think I will skip the pedicure next time.

I have been getting my nails done here for several years.

On the plus side, almost everyone that does that acrylic (gel) nails is good at it, and they use the highest quality gel (not acrylic with a layer of gel).  They are also very accommodating and I can schedule an appointment when it is convenient for me; no need to schedule weeks in advance because they have enough staff.

I've had mixed results with the pedicures; some of the people are much better than the others, but never terrible.

For the quality and convenience, I will continue going there for many years to come!!

The women who work here are very friendly.  They always remember me and how I like to have my nails done.  Recently, I had gel nails done and they turned out nice and I didn't have problems with broken nails.  I knocked off one star though because I think the salon could be a bit cleaner.  Also, they leave your hands under the UV light for quite a long time when doing the gel nails...maybe that is how all places do gel nails but it can't be good for your skin.

LOCATION:
Down town Los Altos, street parking with some parking lots in walking distance.
SERVICES PERFORMED:
I had gel's put on all of last summer and had great service.  Getting Gel's and then having them filled is time consuming but they do a very good job.  I also have had many pedicures, and I agree with the previous post that the results vary depending on who you get.  Most do a great job.
AMBIANCE:
Your typical high-end nail salon.
COUSTOMER SERVICE:
Better than most!  The technicians are very friendly and don't spend the whole time chatting with the other technicians.
PRICE/VALUE:
I feel that they are very over priced.  They do, do a great job but are very expensive.  I will get my nails done here on occasion but I have moved on to other places that give the same service at better prices.  
OVERALL:
I would recommend them for their gel nails they are the best in the business but if you are looking for a simple pedi/mani I would recommend going somewhere less expensive.  5 stars for the gel's 4 stars for the pedicures and 3 for their prices.  Overall 4 stars.
