Was referred to Joe Basil Chevrolet by a close friend to turn in my lease and purchase another Chevy Equinox. My salesman Daniel Bryant listened to my needs for a new vehicle and went the extra mile to find the right fit for me. Car shopping is often stressful, but Dan Bryant, and the finance team made it stressless. I'm excited to be doing business with Basil. So if you're in the market for a new vehicle ask for Dan. You won't be disappointed!

Gotta say off the bat, thank you to Mike D. For working with me and being excellent in his service. I know I'll be going back to work with him. He got me a great deal in my budget for the vehicle I wanted.
Buying or leasing a car is always a long process but this was such a better process than I've dealt with in the past and was pleasantly surprised by how I was treated and helped along the way.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Dealer lied to us about our credit scores and never gave us paperwork to show us the credit score, after going to another dealership to find out that that's illegal, they MUST show you the credit score they are using, so beware when you go here!!! Our credit scores were 40 points higher than what they were claiming, got a better deal on a better vehicle. I will continue to tell family and friends not to come here, and I will be contacting my lawyer.

Went for an oil change to there service dept. on transit road in Depew. The service technician left the dipstick not fully seated. Needless to say I had oil splattered all over the engine compartment and running down the engine and ending up on my garage floor! Horrible service! Is this what I can expect from a dealership?!

Had an excellent car buying experience here and got the vehicle of my dreams! For the sales portion, I worked with both Rob the sales manager and Andrew Lomas. They were both very nice and got me exactly what I wanted which blew my mind with the state of things during the pandemic and the shortage of cars and stopping production on certain vehicles, including the one I wanted. But they had it on its way and it's now mine. Andrew also took the time to show me the features on my car so when I left the dealership I was all set up and ready to drive and understood the features of my car. Justin did the financing and offered us the additional coverage you can get for the vehicle in addition to the warranty. He was good at explaining what everything was and breaking down the prices. I felt very confident when I left this dealership and would recommend anyone looking for a new car to come here.

My 80 year mother took her car here for an NYS inspection and Oil change. The car has just over 10000 miles. The bill came out to over 160.00. They did the oil change and inspection but added a fuel system service and a tire rotation which she says she did not ask for. She is very upset because she is on a fixed income. When she told them that she did not ask for the add-ons they told her that she needed them. Nice way to stick it to the elderly. She gets her cars from here. Well not anymore. BASIL CAN STICK IT! I called and spoke to Eileen who was able to get a refund of $51.63. She was great but if I didn't call it would have been bad! Who else are these guys taking advantage of? Really! SMH.

I just received service on my 2020 Trail Boss with a five year, 100,000 mile, bumper to bumper warranty purchased in February from Joe Basil Chevrolet. The radio was not working and my shock was blown. The service representative was dismissive of the issue with my shock, repeatedly, denying that there was an issue with the shock. After 2 days of back-and-forth. the service representative stated the replacement of the shock would not be covered under my warranty. It took 3 days for the radio to be replaced and then was told that I had to pay a $275.00 deductible. After he stated that all of the radios in the Chevys have been having problems. Both suspension and electrical components are listed as covered under my warranty. I will never do business with Joe Basil again, and highly recommend others not to either.

I have been leasing cars through Joe Basil for 15 years. I decided to purchase my lease out. You get no deals or bargains you pay what your lease contract says.
I understood that but, they did not give me any forwarding or chance to review paperwork. They were supposed to email me the contract and papers for two weeks! They said they had correct address no paperwork ever came.
The night I brought my husband who is still working "the money man" could sign papers if need be. They put it through on me 11.85% interest increased monthly $$ $200. From what they originally quoted? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? They said that's just what the bank offered??? "Interest rates are HIGH right now" "We don't make these up ourselves" they said.
I said Then run t different. Put it through my husbands name. Do not just take easy way out. Do the work...send the papers for us to review? Don't wait till we are on last day of lease then take such advantage.
Took advantage of elderly couple. With no remorse or choices given. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
