My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Munnich, and we love her.  He started seeing her years ago (2001?), and for a couple of years I heard him talk about her.  He had a couple of slightly mysterious (and luckily minor) health problems, and I was surprised by how thorough, patient, and persistent she was in helping him sort them out.

I was able to become her patient a few years after he did, and have been very happy.  I've been fortunate to have a few great doctors over the years and I didn't think I'd find another I'd like as well, but Dr. Munnich is now my favorite.  

Her bedside manner is great - friendly, approachable, "real", intelligent, and she clearly works hard to keep informed.  She also balances helping you get great care with making sure you can afford it, and finding solutions that work well for how you really live.  I'm especially grateful that she writes things down & makes sure you understand how to follow through on your own.

Now I just hope she doesn't move out of town...
