I think the owner did a fantastic job setting up a small deli right along the harbor.  It caters to the locals, tourists, and the tweekers might I add.  My friend and I were on our sunday mtb ride and stumbled upon this place.  They sell cans of beer for 2 bucks!  Budweiser no less.  They even have a small menu of items such as hamburgers, steak, and chicken.  The deli is enclosed with a small black gate with patio tables setup so it gives you the opportunity to take a break, drink a beer, and watch the tweekers along the harbor beat each other up.  On the opposite side of the deli you have the embarcadero public park.  This serene park gives you the opportunity to see tweekers chasing after seagulls, playing basketball, and yelling at one another.  I actually got the opportunity to talk to JJ and give him some pointers on marketing strategies for his deli.  I gave him my business card.  Who knows perhaps JJ's Sunset Deli by the Bay will be called "J and J's Sunset Deli by the Bay."
