Jin helped us set up a trust for my parents quickly. I can tell you firsthand that the documents worked in avoiding the court and helping our family with a smooth transition during difficult times. My wife, Lesley and I set up a trust for our own family immediately afterward because we understood the importance.

If you have kids, or have parents that are getting a little older, either way if you own property, you're going to want to figure out a way to make sure that you have a Living Trust or Will set up. Now I'll be honest, I really didn't know the difference, but I just so happen to have an older brother, Jin, who is an attorney with an expertise in Estate Planning amongst other things, and he helped me understand and advised me on the best way to approach Estate Planning for my situation. Jin truly cares about taking care of people, and he will make sure you make the right choices for your Estate Planning.
Character and Trust:
Since we were children, Jin has always been a thinker, loves to read, and is a person of integrity that always had to "make things right." Estate planning is taking care of your family, and you do not want to let someone who does not care, or is not meticulous about taking care of you to handle anything this important. As a person that knows my brother inside and out, my suggestion is to meet with him, and guaranteed you will know he is the right person to handle your Estate Planning.
